Description

Apparatus for fixing underground pipe for transmission and distribution The present invention relates to a fixing device for underground pipes for power transmission and distribution, and more specifically, to a fixing device for underground pipes for power transmission and distribution that fixes an underground pipe connected to a manhole using the manhole as a support base. Transmission and distribution cables can be divided into methods of installation in the air using utility poles and methods of burying them underground. Furthermore, underground burial methods can be classified into the direct burial method, where cables are buried directly in the ground; the conduit method, where cables are inserted into underground pipes; and the culvert method, where cables are installed by forming supports on both sides of a tunnel-shaped underground structure. Among these, the conduit method is widely used because it poses less risk of damage compared to the direct burial method, is less expensive to install than the culvert method, and allows for easy reinstallation and expansion of cables. However, the pipe-type system had the problem that underground pipes frequently shifted from their original buried positions due to changes in the underground environment, requiring unnecessarily wide excavation for maintenance. Registered Patent No. 10-2151805 describes a bracket part and a fixing part that can be deformed according to the diameter and burial depth of an underground pipe, Registered Patent No. 10-2151809 describes fixing an underground pipe installed at an angle, and Registered Patent No. 10-0882183 describes maintaining the spacing between underground pipes. Published Patent No. 10-2003-0010227 describes an underground pipe that is fixed to a manhole and disposed underground for installing transmission and distribution cables underground. In order to provide an expansion function at a predetermined location adjacent to the manhole fixing part where shear force due to ground subsidence occurs, the underground pipe is divided into an inlet pipe fixed to the manhole and a main pipe based on said predetermined location and connected, and an expansion connection part is provided at the connection end of said inlet pipe and main pipe to provide an expansion function in the longitudinal direction, thereby preventing damage to the underground pipe near the manhole. According to conventional technology, sagging of the underground pipe is inevitable as it moves further away from the manhole, and since the method of fixing the underground pipe is not linked to the manhole, there are limitations in preventing sagging, or even if the manhole is used, the fixing force is not sufficient to prevent sagging of the underground pipe. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of the installation state of an underground pipe fixing device for power transmission and distribution according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of an underground pipe fixing device for power transmission and distribution according to the present invention. FIG. 3 is a drawing showing an inspection means applied to an underground pipe fixing device for power transmission and distribution according to the present invention. FIG. 4 is a drawing showing an induced drainage configuration using an underground pipe fixing device for power transmission and distribution according to the present invention. In the following description of the present invention, specific descriptions of related known functions or configurations will be omitted if it is determined that such descriptions would unnecessarily obscure the essence of the invention. Furthermore, the terms described below are defined in consideration of their functions within the present invention, and these definitions may vary depending on the intentions or practices of the user or operator. Therefore, such definitions should be based on the content throughout this specification. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the underground pipe fixing device for power transmission and distribution according to the present invention includes a support block (10) for fixing an underground pipe (2) connected to a manhole (1), a hollow reinforcing bar (an upper hollow reinforcing bar (20), a lower hollow reinforcing bar (30), and a direction-changing hollow reinforcing bar (40)) for connecting and fixing the manhole (1) and the support block (10), a tension member (50) wired through the hollow reinforcing bars (20, 30, 40) and supporting the support block (10) through tensile force, a displacement sensor, and a controller, and the specific configuration thereof is as follows. The underground pipe (2) is installed so that one side is supported by the manhole (1), and the support block (10) supports the underground pipe (2) at a distance from the manhole (1) to prevent the underground pipe (2) from sagging. The support block (10) is preferably a three-dimensional block of reinforced concrete and is in the
