Description
Underwater propulsion apparatus {PROPULSION APPARATUS OF THE UNDERWATER} The present invention relates to an underwater propulsion device, and more specifically, to an underwater propulsion device that enables a user to obtain propulsion underwater. Recently, individuals are using underwater propulsion devices, known by various names such as water scooters, underwater scooters, underwater drones, and underwater towing devices, as a means to gain propulsion underwater. The personal underwater propulsion device described above generally has an internal battery, and since the usage time is limited by the capacity of the built-in battery, the usage time is insufficient. Furthermore, if the capacity of the built-in battery is increased to extend the usage time, the weight of the battery increases, which inevitably leads to an increase in the weight of the underwater propulsion unit. Therefore, improvements are required to address this disadvantage. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an underwater propulsion device according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view showing an underwater propulsion unit in an underwater propulsion device according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing another example of a connecting line in an underwater propulsion device according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing another example of a connecting line in an underwater propulsion device according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing an external battery in an underwater propulsion device according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 6 is a drawing showing the state in which an external battery is coupled to a wearable means in an underwater propulsion device according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIGS. 7 and FIGS. 8 are a rear view and a side view showing different examples of an external battery in an underwater propulsion device according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 9 is a rear view showing another example of an external battery in an underwater propulsion device according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 10 is a drawing for explaining the state in which the upper part of the connection portion of the external battery in FIG. 9 is moved upward so that the front-to-rear width of the insertion hole is reduced. Further objects, features, and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood from the following detailed description and the accompanying drawings. Before providing a detailed description of the present invention, it should be understood that the present invention is capable of various modifications and may have various embodiments, and that the examples described below and illustrated in the drawings are not intended to limit the present invention to specific embodiments, but rather include all modifications, equivalents, and substitutions that fall within the spirit and scope of the present invention. When it is stated that one component is "connected" or "connected" to another component, it should be understood that while it may be directly connected or connected to that other component, there may also be other components in between. On the other hand, when it is stated that one component is "directly connected" or "directly connected" to another component, it should be understood that there are no other components in between.
