Description
Computing device for integrating and automating the installation and operation of e-commerce advertising scripts and CRM management The following discloses a computing device that integrates and automates the installation and operation of e-commerce advertising scripts and CRM management. More specifically, the invention relates to a computing device that analyzes behavioral data collected from various analytics platforms based on an artificial intelligence model, optimizes personalized advertising based on this analysis, and automates CRM management. In the modern e-commerce environment, personalized advertising and effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) significantly influence business performance. However, existing e-commerce systems often handle the installation and operation of ad scripts and CRM management independently, making it difficult to manage data integrally and utilize it in an automated manner. In particular, there is a lack of efficient methods to optimize personalized advertising based on user behavior data while simultaneously automating customer interactions through CRM systems. In particular, existing systems handle ad optimization, CRM management, and data analysis separately, requiring companies to manage each process manually. This leads to inefficient work processes and results in issues where ad performance analysis, customer management, and marketing strategies are not executed in real time. Therefore, there is a growing need for an integrated system capable of analyzing data collected from various advertising platforms in real time and automatically executing personalized advertising and CRM strategies based on this analysis. The drawings attached below for use in describing embodiments of the present invention are merely some of the embodiments of the present invention, and other drawings can be obtained based on these drawings without additional effort by a person skilled in the art (hereinafter referred to as "person skilled in the art"). Figure 1a is a diagram illustrating a deep learning computation method using an artificial neural network. FIG. 1b is a diagram illustrating a plurality of neural networks according to one embodiment. FIG. 2 is a block diagram illustrating a computing device that integrates and automates the installation and operation of e-commerce advertising scripts and CRM management according to one embodiment. FIG. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method for automating the installation and operation of e-commerce advertising scripts and CRM management by integrating them according to one embodiment. FIGS. 4 and 5 are drawings illustrating an exemplary dashboard provided by a computing device according to one embodiment. The following detailed description of the present invention refers to the accompanying drawings, which illustrate specific embodiments in which the present invention can be practiced in order to clarify the objects, technical solutions, and advantages of the present invention. These embodiments are described in detail so that a person skilled in the art can practice the present invention. Throughout the detailed description and claims of the invention, the word “comprising” and variations thereof are not intended to exclude other technical features, additions, components, or steps. Additionally, “one” or “one” is used in the sense of one or more, and “another” is limited to at least a second. Furthermore, terms such as "first," "second," etc., of the present invention are intended to distinguish one component from another, and the scope of rights shall not be limited by these terms unless understood to indicate an order. For example, the first component may be named the second component, and similarly, the second component may be named the first component. When it is stated that one component is "connected" to another component, it should be understood that this connection may be direct, or that an intermediate component may be involved. Conversely, when it is stated that one component is "directly connected" to another component, it should be understood that no intermediate component exists. Meanwhile, other expressions describing the relationships between components, such as "between" and "exactly between," or "adjacent to" and "directly adjacent to," should be interpreted in the same manner. In each step, identifiers (e.g., a, b, c, etc.) are used for convenience of explanation and do not describe the order of the steps unless logically necessary, and the steps may occur differently from the specified order. That is, the steps may occur in the same order as specified, may be performed substantially simultaneously, or may be performed in the reverse order. Other objects, advantages, and characteristics of the present invention will become apparent to a person skilled in the art, in part from this description and in part from the practice of the present invention. The following examples and drawings are provided as examples and
