Description

An exercise method that performs lower body movements by changing the load to adaptive control. The present invention relates to an exercise method for performing lower body exercises by changing the load using adaptive control, and more specifically, to a method for performing exercises while changing the exercise load using software adaptive control during lower body exercises. Recently, healthcare systems are gaining prominence that provide personalized fitness and exercise management, as well as health care. These systems utilize exercise equipment and fitness measurement devices equipped for personal dietary improvement, basic physical fitness, and health management. Based on fitness measurement data collected while exercising, they gather individual exercise volume, fitness level, and exercise information. By using this collected data to check the individual's exercise volume, fitness level, suitability of exercises, and areas requiring further exercise, they offer personalized fitness and exercise management. As prior art related to this, Patent Registration No. 10-2269255 has registered a "health fitness element integrated measurement device." Figure 1a is a conceptual diagram of a conventional health fitness element integrated measurement device. Figure 1b is a configuration diagram of the health fitness element integrated measurement device of Figure 1a. A health-related fitness element integrated measurement device is disclosed, comprising: a user seating means (100-1) that allows a person to sit and measure health-related fitness elements; a health-related fitness measurement means (200-1) that measures the health-related fitness elements of a person seated on the user seating means (100); a measurement information output means (300-1) that outputs the measurement process and results of the person's health-related fitness elements measured through the health-related fitness measurement means (200-1) in real time so that the person and manager can monitor them; and a measurement control unit (400-1) that controls the user seating means (100-1), the health-related fitness measurement means (200-1), and the measurement information output means (300-1). This allows multiple health-related fitness elements of a person to be easily measured in a single device without the person moving or exchanging measuring devices. Since these exercise machines require the use of actual weights to raise or lower the exercise weight, there is a problem with raising or lowering the weight for women with weak strength or elderly men. In addition, there is a problem in that it is difficult to perform balanced exercises because the weight cannot be raised or lowered while the exercise is being performed. Furthermore, exercise machines that perform lower body exercises using the left and right feet have a problem in that they cannot accurately measure the load applied to each foot individually because they measure the combined exercise load applied to the left and right feet rather than accurately measuring the actual exercise load applied to each foot. Figure 1a is a conceptual diagram of a conventional health fitness element integrated measurement device. Figure 1b is a configuration diagram of the health fitness element integrated measurement device of Figure 1a. Figure 2 is a drawing illustrating a conventional exercise machine. Figure 3 illustrates a conventional exercise machine with a lower body exercise load measuring device attached that can directly measure the exercise load applied to the left and right feet. FIG. 4 is a plan view of a lower body exercise load measuring device according to the present invention. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of a lower body exercise load measuring device according to the present invention. FIG. 6 is a block diagram illustrating an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 7 is an overall block diagram according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 8 is a block diagram related to actual motion load according to an embodiment of the present invention. Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings, including the structure and operation of the invention. The present invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments and may be implemented in various different forms by those skilled in the art. In the description of the present invention, detailed descriptions of related known technologies or configurations are omitted if it is determined that such detailed descriptions may unnecessarily obscure the essence of the invention.
