Description
Stapler {stapler} Stapler {stapler} The present invention relates to a stapler. Generally, a stapler is used to bind multiple documents or papers into a single bundle by inserting staples into the inside and pressing the staples. However, the stapler requires organizing the documents before inserting them, and there are inconveniences such as the need to pay attention to the desired position during the stapler operation, as well as issues regarding aesthetics. Accordingly, proposals for staplers such as Registered Patent Publication No. 10-1535467 have been made; however, the prior art, including the aforementioned prior art document, merely adjusts the position where the staples are inserted by moving the paper and has the problem of not considering cases where the position is visually marked on the paper. Additionally, there is a problem in that the paper cannot be fixed if position adjustment is not desired. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a stapler according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a front view of a stapler according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is a rear view of a stapler according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 4 is a left side view of a stapler according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 5 is a right side view of a stapler according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 6 is a plan view of a stapler according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 7 is a bottom view of a stapler according to an embodiment of the present invention. A stapler according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises, as illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 7, a body part (10), a staple receiving part (100), a fixing part (110), a screw (115), a connecting part (200), a moving part (300), a display part (400), a support part (500), etc. The body part (10) is formed of the staple receiving part (100) and the support part (500) and is formed of a roughly hard material. The staple receiving part (100) is coupled within the body part (10) to receive staples. The fixing part (110) is coupled to one end of the staple receiving part (100). The screw (115) is formed on one side of the fixing part (110) to connect the fixing part (110) and the connecting part (200). The connecting part (200) is coupled to the bottom of the fixed part (110) and connected to the moving part (300). The connecting part (200) may or may not have a hole. At this time, the height of the connecting part (200) can be adjusted by inserting and removing the screw (115) through the hole drilled at one end of the connecting part (200) that contacts the fixed part (110), allowing the height of the connecting part (200) to be adjusted according to user convenience for practical use. The moving part (300) coupled to one end of the connecting part (200) is formed so that the user can change its position by gripping it. The indicator part (400) is preferably made of a long, thin shape and a hard material so that it can be coupled to one end of the moving part (300) and indicate the position where the core is to be inserted. The support portion (500) is formed in an 'L' shape at the bottom of the staple receiving portion (100) to support the indicator portion (400). Additionally, as shown in FIG. 4, the support portion (500) is formed to be longer than the length of the staple receiving portion (100) while being parallel to the staple receiving portion (100). The stapler of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above and can be implemented with various modifications within the scope permissible by the technical concept of the present invention.
