Abstract
The present invention relates to a system that collects and analyzes consumer reactions on social media in real time and automatically adjusts advertising content based on said reactions. The system comprises a module for collecting consumer reaction data from social media, a module for analyzing sentiment using natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning algorithms on the collected data, and a module for automatically recommending or adjusting advertising content based on the analysis results. The present invention includes a performance monitoring module that learns from advertising performance data to continuously improve an advertising adjustment algorithm, thereby increasing advertising efficiency and consumer engagement.

- An advertising content adjustment system comprising collecting and analyzing consumer response data on social media to classify emotions, a system comprising an algorithm that automatically selects or adjusts advertising content based on collected consumer response data, and a performance monitoring module configured to optimize advertising effects by accumulating performance data of the adjusted advertising content as training data.

Advertising content optimization system through consumer response analysis of social media Advertising content optimization system through consumer response analysis of social media The present invention aims to provide a system that analyzes consumer reactions on social media and enables the automatic adjustment of advertising content that reflects such reactions in real time. Through this, it relates to maximizing the effectiveness of advertising and increasing consumer participation. A system can be developed to collect, analyze, and interpret consumer responses on social media and adjust advertising content in real time, based on technologies such as social media data collection and integration technology, sentiment analysis technology (NLP and machine learning), recommendation systems and content optimization technology, automation and performance optimization technology, and cloud computing and distributed systems. Hereinafter, a social network service-based content management system according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. In FIG. 1, it is a social media content management system based on N-screen UX that allows various screen types to be integrated and managed into a single framework. A user multi-platform (1), that is, a web and multi-device or a device with iOS installed, connects to the management system via SNS. The management system includes an open API-based component (10) that is an integrated SNS message distribution client, which provides an open API for content developed by a media content developer. The controller manager (20) performs user interface (UI) dispatching based on client information, login checks, user authentication, and analyzes request headers including browser, device, and screen resolution, and defines screen size information for each device through this. The SNS account mapper (30) enables users to log in with their desired account through the development of an ID system with a 1:N structure, thereby enabling collaboration among SNS users holding various accounts in the production of a single media content. The SNS account mapper (30) is basically a single account that enables media services utilizing SNS in an integrated manner by linking APIs and Open IDs of major SNS (Facebook, Twitter, etc.). The N-screen UX integration framework (40) includes a Components Manager that allows the same attributes/functions to be utilized even if the UI form of each device differs by matching the UI (User Interface) components used in the solution with 1:1 functions for each device, a Dynamic Layout Manager that dynamically readjusts the layout without screen distortion when layout changes such as zooming in/out occur on each device or within the same device screen, and defines layout patterns to match the characteristics of the UX (User Experience) on devices including PCs, phones, tablets, and TVs, a Resolution Manager that dynamically optimizes the screen scaling for each device, and an Event Manager that matches the same event attributes for each device 1:1 so that the same events can be processed regardless of the UI form. The N-screen UX integrated framework (40) utilizes Rich Internet Application technology, specifically MXML-ActionScript and HTML5-jQuery, to enable a single piece of content to provide the same user experience across various devices without distortion. It also provides flexible content usability as an integrated interface framework optimized for each device, such as PC (Mouse), Phone (Touch), and Tablet (Touch). The social magazine authoring tool (50) enables the use of content without distortion through a Layout Framework that controls the position value, scale, alignment, etc. of the content, and allows for diverse utilization through a Template Framework (e-Book, News, Magazine, etc.) for different media types.
