KR-20260063257-A - HEAD LINER-INSTALLED ELECTRIC FAN FOR VEHICLE
Abstract
By designing the fan to be stored within a main body mounted on the headliner and extending outward via the rotation of an extendable arm when needed, this configuration maximizes space utilization within the limited interior of a car while allowing for easy, convenient, and safe use whenever required. In particular, the extendable arm is adjustable in length, and the fan is configured to rotate at its end, enabling passengers and drivers to conveniently adjust the height and vertical angle to suit their body types. Furthermore, the telescopic design of the arm allows it to rotate in place around an imaginary centerline, making it even easier and more convenient to adjust the fan's direction of use, ensuring safe and comfortable operation.

Claims (1)
- A main body (100) mounted on a headliner (H) such that an open portion is exposed to the interior of the vehicle; a fan (200) housed within the main body (100) to close the opening portion of the main body (100) and installed to be withdrawn from the main body (100) as needed; and an extendable arm (300) having one end mounted to the main body (100) so as to be forcibly rotated in place by means of a friction member (311) configured on a rotating pin, and the other end mounted to allow the fan (200) to rotate in place; comprising, The above-mentioned retractable arm (300) is, At least two arms (310) configured to allow the length to be adjusted in a telescopic manner, as well as the part on which the fan (200) is mounted to rotate in place; and A roof fan for an automobile, characterized by comprising: a rotating pin (320) that is mounted at the part where the fan (200) and the arm (310) are connected, and which allows the fan (200) to be forcibly rotated back and forth toward the arm (310).
Description
Roof Fan for Vehicle {HEAD LINER-INSTALLED ELECTRIC FAN FOR VEHICLE} The present invention relates to a roof fan for automobiles, and more specifically, to a fan installed to be stored in a main body mounted on a headliner or extended as needed, configured such that the length of the extension arm and rotation around its central axis are adjusted, and the fan is rotated to face the extension arm, thereby allowing the user to conveniently use the fan by adjusting its position to suit their desired location, and also enabling easy and convenient storage when not in use, as it is not exposed inside the car. Generally, cars are equipped with interior air conditioners, but for the health of drivers, passengers, and infants who dislike cold air, fans are sometimes used in situations where operating the air conditioner is difficult or when sitting inside the car with the engine off. These automotive fans are manufactured in various ways, as shown in (Patent Document 1) to (Patent Document 3) below. (Patent Document 1)Korea Open UtilityNo. 20-2022-0002713 The present invention provides a headrest-mounted fan that is fixed to an axis forming the headrest of a driver's seat, which can be easily and safely installed without removing the headrest from the vehicle seat, and allows the fan body to be moved back and forth after installation so that the direction of airflow can be easily changed to provide coolness to the driver's neck or to passengers in the rear seat, and applies to a 5W operating power source installed in the vehicle and uses a USB type power source. The fan provided by the present invention is a headrest-mounted fan that is connected to a USB jack of a vehicle to receive power, and functions to blow air to one side by means of the supplied power and the blowing fan operates by means of the supplied power, and the fan's outer edge is surrounded by an elliptical casing. The invention relates to a headrest-mounted fan that is fixed to the support axis of a headrest installed on the upper part of the vehicle seat using a fixing bracket for mounting the main body between the support axes of the headrest and a length adjustment bracket provided to allow for forward and backward movement within a certain range, thereby blowing cool air from the upper position of the seat. (Patent Document 2) Korean Published Patent No. 10-2016-0028882 The present invention relates to a vehicle fan utilizing a solar cell, which can be attached to the glass surface of a vehicle and has a solar cell film provided on the back surface of the fan to charge electricity produced through said solar cell film and to operate the fan with the charged electricity when necessary. A vehicle fan utilizing a solar cell to solve the above problem comprises: a fixing part consisting of a suction plate fixed to the glass surface of a vehicle; a fan driving part consisting of a motor having one end fixed to the end of said suction plate and equipped with an operating switch and a brush that are electrically connected to each other; a connecting part consisting of a connecting tube having one end fixed to the rotating shaft of said motor and a slip ring provided on the circumferential surface of said connecting tube that is electrically connected to said brush; an electric charging part consisting of a capacitor fixed to the circumferential surface of said connecting tube; and a blower part consisting of a blower fan having a rotating shaft fixed to the end of said connecting tube and a solar cell provided on the back surface of said blower fan; wherein the capacitor is electrically connected to said operating switch and said solar cell. (Patent Document 3) Korean Registered Patent No. 10-2039086 A vehicle air purifier using a handheld fan is disclosed, characterized by comprising: a head portion equipped with a fan that rotates through the rotational force of a motor, a handle that supports the head portion, and having a built-in rechargeable battery; and a stand that is seated inside a cup holder provided in a vehicle, wherein a first intake portion for drawing in air from inside the vehicle and a first exhaust portion for discharging the drawn-in air are formed when the fan is driven, and a filter for filtering dust or impurities contained in the drawn-in air are provided inside, and a first exhaust portion for discharging air that has passed through the filter is detachably coupled to the second intake portion of the head portion at the rear of the handheld fan, so that the filtered air is discharged through the second exhaust portion of the head portion to purify the air inside the vehicle.
