KR-20260063351-A - Bus location information and guidance system using free wifi and personal email
Abstract
The present invention relates to a bus location information and guidance system utilizing free Wi-Fi and personal terminals. By using Wi-Fi, passengers can indicate the bus's current location and express their intention to board, while the bus can simultaneously check the presence of passengers and the number of passengers.

Description
Bus location information and guidance system using free Wi-Fi and personal email Bus location information and guidance system using free Wi-Fi and personal email The present invention is a bus location information and guidance system utilizing free Wi-Fi installed at a bus stop and a personal terminal, and more specifically, by utilizing Wi-Fi installed at the bus stop to communicate with a bus of a specific number, it enables only the necessary bus to stop at the bus stop. Generally, a bus stop is a place where buses stop and passengers board and alight. Bus stops typically feature a sign indicating the stop or are constructed as a booth, usually with a route map and route name attached. In congested urban areas or on certain roads, there are so many buses that it is not easy to constantly keep an eye on the bus you need to take. Additionally, at some bus stops along certain routes, buses are forced to operate at unreasonable speeds. Such reckless driving can increase traffic congestion and the probability of accidents. The introduction of the Bus Information System (BIG), which began in 2000, has reached 75 out of 162 local governments nationwide (as of 2015). Although it has contributed to improving the convenience and satisfaction of using public transportation, the issue of buses passing without stopping has not been improved, and there is an urgent need for effective solutions. The drawing shows the bus Wi-Fi system (10) of the present invention, a server (20) connected to the location of the bus and a personal terminal in real time, a personal terminal (30), and communication (40) with the bus. Below, embodiments of the present invention are described in detail with reference to the attached drawings so that those skilled in the art can easily implement the present invention. However, the present invention may be implemented in various different forms and is not limited to the embodiments described herein. In addition, to clearly explain the invention in the drawings, parts unrelated to the explanation have been omitted, and similar parts throughout the entire description of the invention will be described using similar reference numerals. Figure 1 described is a configuration diagram of a bus location information and guidance system utilizing a free Wi-Fi router (10) and a personal terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the present invention comprises a wireless wifi router (10), a system building server (20), a personal terminal (30), and a communication device (40) with a bus. First, the wireless wifi router (10) can be installed in a space inside the bus stop that is safe from moisture or wind. It receives power and internet through the power supplied to the bus stop and relays information between the system server (20) and the personal terminal (30). When a personal terminal (30) connects to wireless Wi-Fi and presses the button for the bus to be boarded, the information is transmitted to the system server (20) via the wireless Wi-Fi router (10). Subsequently, the system server (20) checks the location of the bus via the bus's communication device (40) and transmits the current bus information to the personal terminal (30) via the wireless Wi-Fi router (10). At the same time, the system server (20) transmits the passenger's bus stop location information to the bus's communication device (40).
