- It is installed on the roof of the vehicle to expand the interior space of the vehicle, An installation frame installed around the open portion of the vehicle roof; A support frame having one side rotatably connected to the installation frame and the other side placed in a state where it can move freely, so that the other side rotates around the one side to selectively approach and move away from the installation frame; A cover member for closing an open portion of the roof together with the above tent, wherein one side is rotatably connected to the support frame and the other side is placed in a state where it can move freely, so that the other side rotates around the one side to selectively approach and move away from the installation frame; A first electric actuator for providing rotational power to the installation frame of the support frame, wherein one side is connected to the installation frame and the other side is connected to the support frame to open and close the support frame relative to the installation frame; and A vehicle pop-up roof tent assembly capable of electric opening and closing, characterized by including a second electric actuator for providing rotational power to a support frame of the cover member, wherein one side is connected to the support frame and the other side is connected to the cover member to open and close the cover member relative to the support frame.
- In paragraph 1, A first elastic unit for providing rotational power to the installation frame of the support frame, wherein one side is connected to the installation frame and the other side is connected to the support frame to elastically bias the support frame in an opening direction relative to the installation frame; and A vehicle pop-up roof tent assembly capable of electric opening and closing, further comprising: a second elastic unit for providing rotational power to a support frame of the cover member, wherein one side is connected to the support frame and the other side is connected to the cover member to elastically bias the cover member in an opening direction relative to the support frame.
- In paragraph 2, The first electric actuator is detachably connected to at least one of the installation frame and the support frame, and A vehicle pop-up roof tent assembly capable of electric opening and closing, characterized in that the second electric actuator is detachably connected to at least one of the support frame and cover members.
- In paragraph 3, A first bracket for detachably connecting a first electric actuator to the support frame, comprising a pair of welded parts each welded to both sides determining the left-right width of the support frame and having a connecting hole formed therein; A binding end provided at a portion corresponding to the first bracket of the first electric actuator, having a binding hole formed corresponding to the connecting hole; and A vehicle pop-up roof tent assembly capable of electric opening and closing, characterized by including a binding pin that passes sequentially through a binding hole of the binding end and a pair of connecting holes of the first bracket, and is then bound to the first bracket by a fastening nut.
- In paragraph 4, A vehicle pop-up roof tent assembly capable of electric opening and closing, characterized in that the above-described installation frame includes a receiving groove for accommodating the first electric actuator when the connection between the first electric actuator and the support frame is released.
- In paragraph 1, An electrically openable and closable pop-up roof tent assembly for a vehicle, characterized in that the support frame is arranged to wrap around the outer surface of the tent so as not to interfere with the inner space of the tent that closes the open portion.
Description
Pop-up roof tent assembly for vehicles with electric opening and closing The present invention relates to a vehicle pop-up roof tent assembly capable of electric opening and closing, and more specifically, to a vehicle pop-up roof tent assembly capable of electric opening and closing with an improved structure that enables the pop-up roof tent to be conveniently opened and closed in an electric manner by transmitting an electrical signal to the motor side in response to button or remote control operation, and enables pneumatic opening and closing according to user selection, thereby further ensuring user convenience and opening force. Generally, a tent refers to a prefabricated and portable dwelling that can be disassembled and transported. Today, rather than for everyday residence, these tents are primarily used for temporary camping in military, exploration, mountaineering, and camping. Tents vary in shape, size, and material depending on the purpose, location, number of people, and season; they are highly diverse in their uses and scales, ranging from those used for military and school camping to large-scale tents used for outdoor music, theater, and circuses. In particular, tents used for leisure activities such as hiking, camping, and travel are small enough to be carried by one person, and in terms of shape, there are various types of tents for leisure, such as triangular, roof-shaped, house-shaped, sloping-sided, crescent-shaped, and dome-shaped tents. However, tents based on such conventional technology vary in size but are generally bulky, making them inconvenient to move, difficult to assemble, install, and dismantle, and have complex structures that frequently cause failures in the joints. In particular, when a user uses a leisure tent, they usually travel to a campsite by vehicle and set up the prepared tent; however, the tent stored in the vehicle is bulky, making it difficult to store many supplies together, and there is the inconvenience of having to take the stored tent out of the vehicle to set it up. Additionally, since a minimum level of flat ground must be secured to unfold and set up the tent, there were restrictions on selecting a location for setting up the tent. To solve the problems of tents based on such conventional technology, a vehicle rooftop tent (pop-up roof tent) as described in Patent Document 1 is proposed. Conventional rooftop tents are commonly referred to as car pensions, which are tents installed on the roof of a vehicle to be used like a mobile home. These vehicle rooftop tents combine leisure and automotive culture and have the advantage of being easily installed on a vehicle and driven, unlike large trailers or camping cars. As the number of people using camping cars has increased recently, there is a demand for the development of technology that allows pop-up roof tents to be opened and closed in a convenient and easy way, and there is a need to develop products that can contribute to increased sales through such functional improvements.
