KR-20260063478-A - Lightweight disc harrow for tractors
Abstract
The present invention relates to a lightweight disc harrow for a tractor. According to the present invention, the front auxiliary plow and front and rear disc plows constituting the disc harrow, the rotating means for rotating the soil crushing and leveling device, and the soil crushing and leveling device are made lighter, and the harrow frame structure for mounting them is made lighter so that they can be mounted on small and medium-sized tractors and used, thereby increasing work efficiency so that they can be used even in narrow fields. In addition, the front auxiliary plow is mounted on both sides of the front horizontal reinforcing frame to cultivate the field pressed down by the weight of the tractor's moving wheels, thereby improving the tilling power of the front and rear disc plows sequentially mounted in the rear area. Furthermore, by connecting and fixing a horizontal connecting rod in a spring type to the circular groove of the vertical disc constituting the soil crushing and leveling device, the effect of facilitating the crushing and leveling of the tilled soil is provided.

Description
Lightweight disc harrow for tractors The present invention relates to a disc harrow for a lightweight tractor, and more specifically, to a harrow frame connected to the rear of the tractor by a three-point mounting link, a front auxiliary plow is mounted on the front of the harrow frame, and a front disc plow and a rear disc plow are mounted in opposite directions on the harrow frame behind the front auxiliary plow to cultivate the land, and a leveling device that is rotatable and self-rotatable is mounted as a rotational means behind the rear disc plow so that the cultivated soil is leveled without being broken and piled up. Generally, a harrow is a farming tool used to break up and flatten clods of soil generated after tilling the land with a plow, or to form ridges, mulch, cover sown seeds, or remove weeds, and is configured to rotate on its own without using the power of a tractor. Prior art for such a harrow is provided by registered patent No. 10-2612795 (Title of invention: Disc harrow for tractor). The disc harrow for a tractor according to the prior art is characterized by comprising: a harrow frame mounted on the upper part of the front region of a mounting link connected to the rear of the tractor and maintained in an elongated assembly; a plurality of harrow devices detachably mounted on the lower part of the harrow frame for tilling farmland; and a harrow device rotatably mounted by a pivoting means mounted on the upper central region of the harrow frame and itself rotatably configured to level the soil tilled by the harrow devices. The prior art configured in this manner involves mounting a chisel plow on the front of a harrow frame connected to the rear of a tractor as a mounting link, mounting a front disc plow and a rear disc plow in mutually opposite directions at the center and rear of the harrow frame behind the chisel plow to cultivate the land, and mounting a harrow device that is rotatable and self-rotating as a pivoting means at the rear of the rear disc plow so that it is stably spread downward and separated from the surface of the soil when cultivating the land as a plowing device, thereby preventing the soil generated during cultivation by the chisel plow and the soil accumulated by cultivation by the front disc plow and rear disc plow from breaking and accumulating, and as flattening is achieved, the effect of facilitating the subsequent cultivation work is provided. However, this prior art has problems such as increased structure and weight due to the need to consider the strength of the harrow frame for installing heavy chisel plows, front disc plows, and rear disc plows, as well as heavy rotating means (gearbox, cylinder, piston, etc.) for rotating the harrow device; consequently, it is economical to use large tractors with high horsepower, but it is not easy to use in narrow farmlands.
