KR-20260063483-A - Electric bulb crop soil shaker
Abstract
The present invention relates to an electric soil remover for bulbous crops. According to the present invention, soil attached to the surface of bulbous crops entering the interior is removed in the first and second stages using first and second removal means of the vibration and soft massage type constituting the front bulbous soil removal device, and then gently brushed off in the third stage using a rear bulbous soil removal device consisting of a brush, thereby removing a large amount of soil while minimizing damage to the crops, resulting in excellent quality. Additionally, the effect of increasing work efficiency is provided by enabling movement and soil brushing operations regardless of the site (open field, facility, etc.) using its own power.

Description
Electric bulb crop soil shaker The present invention relates to an electric soil remover for bulbous crops, and more specifically, is configured to remove soil from the surface of bulbous crops entering the interior in a first and second stage using a front bulbous soil removal device and in a third stage using a rear bulbous soil removal device, thereby removing the soil while minimizing damage to the crops. Bulbous plants (such as onions, garlic, ginger, sweet potatoes, potatoes, and medicinal herbs including ginseng) can be easily harvested with minimal labor using agricultural tools when the cultivation area is small, but large-scale cultivation requires a lot of labor, so harvesting is carried out using mechanical power harvesting machines, and after the harvest is complete, work is performed to remove as much soil as possible from the crops without damaging the surface. Prior art for removing soil from such bulbous crops includes Registered Patent No. 10-1824221 (Title of Invention: Bulb Harvester Equipped with Conveyor Performing Soil Removal Function) and Published Utility Model No. 20-1997-0015787 (Title of Design: Soil Removal Device in Potato Digging Machine). A bulb harvester equipped with a conveyor functioning to remove soil according to the prior art described above comprises: a pair of side plates arranged facing each other; a tractor coupling frame coupled between the side plates; a plowshare coupled to the lower part of the side plate; a gearbox coupled to the tractor coupling frame to transmit power from the tractor; a power transmission shaft coupled to the side plate and configured to rotate by receiving power through the gearbox; and a conveyor with a connecting rod rotatably coupled between chains to receive power from the power transmission shaft and convey bulbs protruding from the plowshare to the rear. In this bulb harvester, the device comprises: a drive wheel inserted and fixed at the end of the power transmission shaft extending outwardly from the side plate and having a drive eccentric shaft on its outer side; a fixed cap inserted and fixed at the drive shaft of the conveyor extending outwardly from the side plate and having a head portion formed extending outwardly; a unidirectional clutch inserted inside the fixed cap; and a driven wheel fixedly coupled to the outer circumference of the unidirectional clutch and having a driven eccentric shaft on its outer side. and an interlocking rod having both ends hinge-connected to the driving eccentric shaft and the driven eccentric shaft; wherein the unidirectional clutch is configured such that a roller is received in each of the plurality of grooves formed longitudinally on the inner circumference of a cylindrical seat portion, and a spring is fixed to a spring seating portion formed by recessing one side of the groove to press the roller, and the groove becomes deeper as it approaches the spring seating portion, forming a sloping bottom; wherein the driven wheel reciprocates at a certain angle by the rotation of the driving wheel, and when the unidirectional clutch linked with the driven wheel moves in a certain direction, rotational force is transmitted to the fixed cap and the conveyor drive shaft, and when it moves in the opposite direction, the unidirectional clutch idles, thereby causing the conveyor to be driven intermittently to perform a soil-removing function; and the plowshare is configured such that a flat plate fixed at a downward slope to the front lower part of the side plate; and an insertion portion protruding vertically from the front end of the flat plate, narrowing at a certain angle and then protruding convexly again, wherein the width of the insertion portion is equal to the width of the ridge and It is characterized by being formed to correspond to each other, and the gap between the insertion parts being formed to correspond to the width of the furrow, so that the plowshare is configured to dig up only the soil of the ridge excluding the furrow. The prior art configured in this manner does not require a separate means of soil removal because the conveyor performs a soil-removing function, and since the soil removal action occurs throughout the entire length of the conveyor, the soil attached to the bulbs can be removed more cleanly. However, this prior art had a problem in that removing soil from underground crops was not easy, as the soil attached to the crops was removed by inertia as the harvested underground crops, such as sweet potatoes and potatoes, were transported along a conveyor belt. In addition, the soil removal device in the potato harvesting machine of the prior art is mounted on the rear side of a tractor to dig up the field and harvest potatoes as the tractor moves, and transports them along with the soil, allowing the soil to fall into the space between the transport pipes, and in the process of sorting and collecting only the potatoes into a collection bin, the soil adhering to the outer su
