Description
IOT Indoor Smart Farm System for Digital Twin-Based Wild Ginseng Cultivation The present invention relates to an IoT smart farm system for cultivating wild ginseng based on a digital twin, and is an IoT-based smart farm system that enables the application of an outdoor growth environment for wild ginseng cultivation to a cultivation facility. Generally, wild ginseng refers to ginseng that grows naturally in the open air deep in the mountains. It includes Cheonjongsam, which grows naturally after being sown by wild animals such as birds; Jijongsam, which is grown by artificially sowing Cheonjongsam seeds; and Jangnoesam, which is cultivated by artificially sowing seeds. However, as the aforementioned wild ginseng grows only in specific regions and climatic environments, its cultivation is very demanding, making it highly prized and expensive, which posed a problem in that it was difficult to easily access or consume. Accordingly, various forms of research are being conducted. Korean Published Patent No. 10-2014-0047928 (Ginseng or Cultivated Wild Ginseng Cultivation System, hereinafter referred to as 'Prior Art 1', published on April 23, 2014) describes a ginseng and cultivated wild ginseng cultivation system comprising: a cultivation room in which external natural light is blocked; a cultivation tank placed within the cultivation room and containing soil for planting ginseng seedlings; a light source placed above the cultivation tank and irradiating light onto the leaves of the ginseng seedlings; a cultivation environment information collection unit including a temperature sensor placed within the cultivation room and measuring the temperature inside the cultivation room; a light intensity control unit controlling the brightness of light irradiated from the light source according to the temperature measured by the temperature sensor; a video camera placed within the cultivation room and photographing the ginseng seedlings planted in the cultivation tank; a data communication network; a server connected to the data communication network and connected to the video camera via wired or wireless connection; and at least one client connected to the data communication network. The light source includes at least one of a blue LED and a red LED, and the light intensity The control unit controls the brightness of the light source to be 6,000 lx to 8,000 lx when the measured temperature exceeds 30℃, and controls the brightness of the light source to be 12,000 lx to 18,000 lx when the temperature is 30℃ or lower, and the server controls the operation of the video camera in response to a request from the client and transmits the video of the ginseng seedling captured by the video camera to the client. Furthermore, Korean Public Patent No. 10-2016-0055493 (IoT Cultivation System for Wild Ginseng and Cultivated Wild Ginseng, hereinafter referred to as 'Prior Art 2', disclosed on May 18, 2016) is a multi-functional cultivation system technology for wild ginseng and cultivated wild ginseng that allows consumers to directly cultivate them on balconies of ordinary houses or apartments. This is achieved by irradiating an optimal light source using LED lamps on growth conditions based on the plant's natural functions, along with providing separate mechanical heating and cooling devices and humidity control structures that affect the cultivation containers. By artificially creating a special environment where wild ginseng and cultivated wild ginseng are difficult to grow even deep in the mountains, this technology enables consumers to utilize the plants for beautiful landscaping with ginseng flowers, air purification, and as safe, high-value medicinal purposes. The system features a space formed inside the cultivation room to accommodate multiple cultivated wild ginseng cultivation containers filled with various clay pots. On the upper side of the cultivation tank, there is a shade device to regulate natural light, an LED lamp facility to provide light necessary for photosynthesis in spaces where natural light is difficult to obtain, a facility to block ambient light that disturbs nighttime sleep, and an external temperature control system to prevent dormancy during the winter season. A technology is proposed in which a heating and cooling device is formed in the lower cultivation room of the barrier facility through an intake port connected to the cultivation container receiving space, and an optimal temperature for wild ginseng to survive year-round is achieved using a heating and cooling intake fan connected to the intake port, and comfortable humidity control is possible using a humidity sensor, and through holes connected to the perimeter surface are formed so that optimal heating and cooling air for the growth of wild ginseng passes through the receiving space, contacts the cultivation container through the through holes, and then heat and moisture are discharged through the air outlet. However, prior art 1 and 2 as descri
