Description
2-Stage Protruding Marker Pen The present invention relates to a two-stage protruding marker pen, and more specifically, to a two-stage protruding marker pen in which an inner barrel is added to the inside of a case, and the inner and outer shapes of the sealing part of the inner barrel are maintained in a cylindrical shape to enable sealing, while allowing the outer shape of the case to be free, and a natural design is possible when the pen is stored and when it is protruded through a two-stage protruding structure. Writing instruments having a writing element that must not dry out can be broadly classified into two types: in the first group, the writing element is made difficult to dry out by improving the ink or air holes of the writing element, and in the other second group, a drying prevention device is provided on the body of the writing instrument. Group 1 consists of retractable writing instruments, such as marking pens using non-drying ink or ballpoint pens using water-based or oil-based ink that is difficult to dry. Retractable writing instruments have the advantage of being usable without the inconvenience of opening and closing a separate cap, but they have the disadvantage that they can only be applied to non-volatile or low-volatility writing instruments because the nib opening through which the nib emerges is simply a through hole at one end of the writing instrument. On the other hand, the second group is a writing instrument equipped with a drying prevention device, designed to prevent the ink from drying out by covering the front end of the writing instrument with a cap when not in use. However, writing instruments with caps are inefficient to use due to the inconvenience of opening and closing the cap, and the cap is easily lost. If the nib is left exposed to the air for a long time, the ink on the nib may dry out, which can shorten the lifespan of the writing instrument or cause it to be damaged. Furthermore, standard cap-type pens are not limited to a cylindrical shape but are manufactured in various shapes (square, elliptical, curved, etc.), and these products all maintain airtightness in areas requiring sealing using roughly two methods. The first method involves maintaining a circular shape for bonding with the lid. This is because maintaining a tight seal is impossible if the shape is not circular (ring-shaped). The second method involves ultrasonic welding while allowing for relatively free shape of the part joined to the body. In this method, airtightness is maintained through the bonding of plastics using ultrasonic welding. For example, commercially available pens maintain a circular shape. This is because the internal shape is formed circular by components such as shaft O-rings, connecting rod O-rings, and ball shutters for sealing; therefore, if the external shape were square or elliptical, sealing would be impossible. For reference, due to the characteristics of injection-molded plastics, if the inner and outer wall thicknesses are not uniform, shrinkage occurs, preventing the internal circular shape from being maintained and consequently making sealing impossible. In other words, conventional sealed pens have the problem that the shape of the pen is limited to a circular shape or requires a separate ultrasonic welding process in order to maintain airtightness of the cap to prevent the nib from drying out. Meanwhile, as a result of investigating the prior art related to the present invention, numerous patent documents were found, some of which are introduced below. Patent Document 1 discloses a retractable writing instrument equipped with an easy-to-use anti-drying device, wherein the retractable device is configured such that the cartridge and the link are slidably coupled within a holder, and a plurality of elastic slits formed on one end move up and down along the locking projection of the holder within a range of movement, and the link is engaged with the step of the cartridge by a locking part formed at the end of the elastic slit, so that when the knock part is pressed, the cartridge and the link move forward from the fixed O-ring and the holder, causing the parallel pin to move the pin slit of the ball-shaped door, and as a result, the rotation axis of the ball-shaped door supported on the spherical part rotates to become open inside the axis, thereby causing the nib to protrude, and the nib, which is the end part of the pen tip, can perform an airtight sealing function while retracting in a non-contact manner, and can prevent ink drying in the nib in advance without using a separate cap, and can physically protect the nib safely. Patent Document 2 discloses a writing instrument having an automatic sealing structure comprising: a main body case having a nib hole formed at one end; a knock part coupled to the other end of the main body case to protrude and retract the nib from the main body case by a pressing operation; a cartridge inserted like a spring inside the main
