Description
Door Curtain Apparatus The present invention relates to a door curtain device, and more specifically, to a door curtain device that can fix the curtain knob apart from the top of the door trim by applying a stopper structure to the curtain knob. Door curtains are installed on the vehicle doors to regulate lighting by partially blocking sunlight entering the interior, or to prevent the interior from being visible from the outside. With the door curtain installed inside the vehicle's door trim, when the shade bar installed at the end of the curtain fabric is lifted upward, the wound curtain fabric covers the door glass. The shade bar is hooked onto a hook fixed to the door frame to maintain the state in which the curtain fabric covers the door glass. The user grasps the curtain knob installed on the shade bar and pulls the shade bar upward so that the hook is caught in the through hole formed in the shade bar, thereby maintaining the curtain fabric in a mounted state. These door curtains are classified into full cassette and half cassette types depending on their structure, and vehicle manufacturers prefer the half cassette type for cost reduction. The half-cassette type features a structure in which the bezel shape is integrated into the curtain housing, allowing it to be fitted directly against the door trim. Additionally, the half-cassette type utilizes a fastening structure where the front, rear, and bottom of the door trim are secured with screws; however, lacking a separate fastening structure at the top, it has a fastening design that is vulnerable to issues with rigidity and appearance quality. Here, when the curtain fabric is extended and retracted using the curtain knob located at the top of the door trim, the curtain knob sits on the curtain pull-out and acts as a stopper. At this time, unlike the full cassette type where the curtain knob is matched to the injection-molded curtain housing, the half cassette type has the curtain knob matched to the door trim fabric. Consequently, if the curtain knob remains seated on the top of the door trim for a long time, a problem may occur in which knob marks form on the door trim fabric in contact with the curtain knob.
