Description
Online Review Linkage System Through Offline Store Experience The present invention relates to an online review linkage system through offline store experience. Recently, various offline experiential marketing events, such as pop-up stores, trade fairs, and exhibitions, have been actively taking place. At these events, customers experience new companies and products, responding in diverse ways, including enhancing corporate image, making on-site purchases, and visiting nearby stores. However, existing methods for collecting data on these offline experiences exhibit several limitations. Surveys suffer from low participation rates, a significant decline in response quality as the number of questions increases, and difficulties in guaranteeing the authenticity of responses. Authentication systems using QR codes merely verify a visit at a specific time and location, making it difficult to grasp the actual content of the customer's experience or their satisfaction. Particularly for events involving direct product use, such as cosmetic trials, it is becoming increasingly important to collect authentic customer feedback in real time and convert it into data. Accordingly, there is a pressing need for new technological solutions capable of objectively and efficiently collecting offline experience data and digitizing it.
