Description

A method and an apparatus for generating information related to unfair trade practices The present disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for generating information related to unfair trade practices. Recently, services enabling the trading of various types of assets through online platforms are being provided. Through online platforms, users can trade assets registered on the platform. Traditionally, when unfair trading practices were suspected (e.g., manipulating the market price of a specific stock, using undisclosed material information in trading, or engaging in fraudulent trading), trading records for the relevant stock were manually analyzed to identify suspects or suspected accounts. In this case, not only was it time-consuming to identify suspects or accounts, but the accuracy of the detection may also be low. Furthermore, the grounds for identifying suspects or accounts may not be clear. FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating one example of specifying a group of suspected unfair trade practices according to one embodiment. FIG. 2 is a configuration diagram illustrating one example of a server according to one embodiment. FIG. 3 is a flowchart illustrating one example of a method for generating information related to unfair trade practices according to one embodiment. FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating one example of a processor selecting a target stock according to one embodiment. FIG. 5 is a drawing for explaining one example of unfair trade practices and a plurality of items included for each unfair trade practice according to one embodiment. FIGS. 6 to 10 are drawings for illustrating one example of items 1 to 5 according to one embodiment. FIGS. 11 and FIGS. 12 are drawings for illustrating one example of items 6 to 7 according to one embodiment. FIGS. 13 to 19 are drawings for illustrating examples in which a processor according to one embodiment identifies an associated account. The terms used in the embodiments have been selected to be as close as possible to currently widely used general terms; however, these may vary depending on the intent of those skilled in the art, case law, the emergence of new technologies, etc. Additionally, in specific cases, terms have been selected at the applicant's discretion, and in such cases, their meanings will be described in detail in the relevant description section. Therefore, terms used in the specification must be defined not merely by their names, but based on their meanings and the content throughout the specification. When a part of a specification is described as 'comprising' a certain component, this means that, unless specifically stated otherwise, it does not exclude other components but may include additional components. Furthermore, terms such as 'unit' and 'module' used as suffixes in the specification refer to a unit that handles at least one function or operation, and this may be implemented in hardware or software, or as a combination of hardware and software. Additionally, terms including ordinal numbers, such as 'first' or 'second', may be used in the specification to describe various components, but said components shall not be limited by said terms. Such terms may be used for the purpose of distinguishing one component from another. Embodiments are described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings. However, embodiments may be implemented in various different forms and are not limited to the examples described herein. FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating one example of specifying a group of suspected unfair trade practices according to one embodiment. FIG. 1 illustrates an electronic device (10), transaction data (20), and a group of suspects (30). For example, the group of suspects (30) may include a suspect account (31) and an associated account (32). FIG. 1 illustrates that there are multiple associated accounts (32), but this is not limited thereto. In other words, there may be only one associated account (32), or there may be no associated account (32). The suspected account (31) refers to an account suspected of being used for unfair trading practices regarding the target stock. For example, the unfair trading practices may include at least one of the following: a first act of manipulating the price of the target stock, a second act of using non-public information in trading the target stock, or a third act of trading the target stock fraudulently. The first act may include any act of attempting to artificially raise or lower the price of the target stock, for example, an act of inducing the market price in a specific direction by artificially and repeatedly forming trades at a price higher or lower than the market price. The second act may include trading practices using non-public material information of the target stock, for example, information that can influence the trading of the target stock but is not disclosed to an unspecified number of people. The third act may refer to all unfair trading practices excluding
