Description

Dental vacuum burial machine and plaster dispenser The present invention relates to a vacuum investment machine combined with a plaster dispenser for dental laboratories, and more specifically, to a vacuum investment machine combined with a plaster dispenser for dental laboratories that combines the functions of a conventional plaster dispenser and a simple vacuum investment machine into one, enabling all functions to be completed with a single operation selection. Generally, in order to replace a tooth shape made of wax or a dental prosthesis made of 3D printer with a gold or metal structure, an investment process must be performed in which the prosthesis is wrapped with a metal ring or silicone ring using an investment material, and during that investment process, the investment material and the mixed liquid are measured according to the mixing ratio. At this time, existing dental laboratories measure the amount of investment material on a scale and measure the liquid mixture using a cylinder, then transfer it to a mixing container, mix it by rotating a vacuum mixer, and then pour it into an investment ring containing a wax-like prosthesis to cure it. According to this method, since investment material powder is used, the process of transferring it with a spoon and weighing it on a scale resulted not only in inaccurate weight measurement but also caused powder to spill, leading to environmental contamination. In addition, since the liquid mixture is also transferred to a beaker for measurement, just like the investment material above, the weight measurement itself is inaccurate, and it is cumbersome and time-consuming, and the area around the workplace becomes messy. In addition, the burial procedure can be seen as complicated, including the need to wash and store the mixing container after burial. FIGS. 1 to 3 are exemplary illustrations of a gypsum dispenser combined with a vacuum embedding device for dental laboratories according to the present invention. The specific details for implementing the present invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to the attached drawings. The present invention relates to a dental laboratory vacuum embedding machine combined with a plaster dispenser, which combines the functions of a conventional plaster dispenser and a simple vacuum embedding machine into one, thereby enabling all functions to be completed with a single work selection. Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, the invention comprises a main body case (10), a powder supply container (21), a liquid supply container (25), a vacuum pump (31), a liquid metering pump (35), a powder supply motor (23), a vibrator (81), a worm heater (83), a vacuum bypass solenoid (36), a stirring tank (50), and a controller.
