Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for maintaining an idle historic house, and more specifically, comprises the following steps: a step (S10) in which a client accesses a platform server through a client terminal and requests a management agency service for an idle historic house that requires management; a step (S20) in which a surveying personnel is selected by the platform server to survey the site of the idle historic house requested and dispatched to the site; a step (S30) in which a repair work is determined based on the site surveying information of the surveying personnel; a step (S40) in which a repair company is selected if it is determined that repair work is necessary; a step (S50) in which the repair company guarantees the construction and post-management capabilities of the repair company and subscribes to liability insurance through the platform server; a step (S60) in which the repair company establishes an inspection and repair plan for the idle historic house and reports it to the client through the platform server; a step (S70) in which the platform server determines the validity of the repair company's repair plan, evaluates the appropriateness of the construction costs, and reports it to the client; and a step (S80) in which the repair company performs repair work on the historic house after undergoing a final approval process by the client.
