Description
BSR test jig for tailgate The present invention relates to a BSR test jig for a tailgate, and more specifically, to a BSR test jig for a tailgate that enables accurate and consistent results by simulating various driving environments, thereby increasing the efficiency of the verification process, reducing costs, and enabling the early detection and improvement of problems in specific parts. Recently, as the NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) performance of automobiles has been enhanced, the sensitivity to noise in the tailgate, which is one of the car body parts, has increased significantly, and consequently, the need to enhance the BSR (Buzz, Squeak, Rattle) performance of the tailgate is continuously increasing. To enhance the verification of the tailgate's BSR performance, evaluations must be conducted in a test environment identical to actual vehicle driving conditions. However, conventional BSR performance evaluation methods for tailgates rely on large-scale testing of the entire vehicle, which has the problem of being complex and costly, and making precise verification of specific parts difficult. In particular, the lack of verification equipment specialized for specific components such as tailgates made it difficult to identify detailed noise issues. Furthermore, conventional verification equipment carries the risk of missing BSR problems that occur only under specific conditions, and there are disadvantages such as reduced repeatability and reliability in the verification process. In other words, since the test jigs applied to the conventional BSR performance evaluation of tailgates are not verification equipment specialized for tailgates, there is a need to develop a new type of dedicated test jig specialized for tailgates. FIG. 1 is a drawing illustrating the usage state of a jig for multi-axis mode BSR testing of a door trim according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 2 is a drawing showing a BSR test jig for a tailgate shown in Figure 1. Figure 3 is an exploded view of the BSR test jig of the tailgate shown in Figure 2. Figure 4 is a side view of the BSR test jig of the tailgate shown in Figure 2. Figure 5 is a plan view of the BSR test jig of the tailgate shown in Figure 2. FIG. 6 is a front view of the BSR test jig of the tailgate shown in FIG. 2. Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached illustrative drawings. Referring to the drawings, an embodiment of the present invention is configured as a dedicated jig for BSR testing of a tailgate (10), comprising a mounting frame (100) for mounting the tailgate (10), and a plurality of mounting points on which the tailgate (10) is detachably installed with respect to the mounting frame (100). As shown in FIG. 2, the mounting frame (100) is composed of a plurality of vertical frames (110) and a plurality of horizontal frames (120) that are coupled to the vertical frames (110). At this time, the arrangement relationship between the vertical frames (110) and the horizontal frames (120) can be implemented in various forms corresponding to the shape or size of the tailgate (10). The above mounting point is for attaching the tailgate (10) to the mounting frame (100) so as to be detachably installed, and as shown in FIGS. 2 to 6, it can be divided into a body setting part (20) for stably mounting the body (11) of the tailgate (10), a hinge setting part (30) for stably mounting a hinge (12) that supports the tailgate (10) to be openable and closable against the vehicle body, a gas cylinder setting part (40) for stably mounting a fluid-filled gas cylinder (13) that assists the operating force when opening and closing the tailgate (10) against the vehicle body, and a latch setting part (50) for stably mounting a latch (not shown) that enables the tailgate (10) to be locked against the vehicle body. In this case, it is preferable that the body setting part (20), the hinge setting part (30), and the gas cylinder setting part (40) are each provided in symmetrical portions on the left and right sides with respect to the horizontal reference axis of the mounting frame (100). In addition, it is preferable that the latch setting part (50) be provided at a single location along the horizontal reference axis of the mounting frame (100). For example, the body setting part (20) may be configured to be positioned at least four locations on the mounting frame (100) to stably support the inner surface of the tailgate (10). In addition, the hinge setting part (30) may be configured to be provided at a position where the hinge (12) can be stably supported at at least two locations on the mounting frame (100). In addition, the gas cylinder setting part (40) may be configured to be provided at a position where the gas cylinder (13) can be stably supported at at least two locations relative to the mounting frame (100). Additionally, the latch setting part (50) may be configured to be provid
