KR-20260064074-A - Unconscious State Detection device and the Method thereof
Abstract
The present invention relates to an emergency situation determination device for a blind spot. As an embodiment of the present invention, the emergency situation determination device comprises a sensor that detects human biosignals and human movements within a certain range of a blind spot, and a determination unit that analyzes the movement recognized by the sensor and determines whether an emergency situation has occurred when there is no movement and the relative distance from the person increases. The determination unit activates an alarm unit when a predetermined time elapses while the relative distance between the sensor and the person has increased beyond a set distance compared to the measured distance when the person initially has no movement, and determines that an emergency situation has occurred when no additional movement is detected following the activation of the alarm unit.

- In Article 1, An emergency situation determination device in which, if the sensor fails to detect additional movement for a first set time while the relative distance has increased compared to the detection distance measured in a state of no movement, the sensor repeatedly measures the biosignal.
- In Article 1, An emergency situation determination device comprising a communication unit that transmits a message notifying a designated emergency center or emergency center that an emergency situation has occurred when the above-mentioned determination unit determines that an emergency situation has occurred.
- In Article 7, An emergency situation determination device in which, after the above-mentioned judgment unit determines that there is an emergency situation, the above-mentioned communication unit transmits information regarding a person's vital signs in real time to the above-mentioned designated emergency center or the above-mentioned emergency center.
- A step of detecting human biosignals and human movements within a certain range of a blind spot through a sensor; A step of analyzing the movement recognized by the sensor through a judgment unit and determining whether the relative distance from the person is increasing; The above judgment unit activates the notification unit when the relative distance from the person increases; A method for determining an emergency situation comprising: a step in which the above-mentioned judgment unit determines whether there is additional movement after the operation of the notification unit, and if there is no additional movement, determines it as an emergency situation.
- In Article 9, In the step of detecting human biosignals and human movements within a certain range through the above sensor, A method for determining an emergency situation comprising the step of measuring the relative distance to a person in a motionless state where only a biosignal is measured through the sensor.
- In Article 9, In the step of analyzing the movement recognized by the sensor through the above judgment unit and determining whether the relative distance from the person is increasing, An emergency situation determination method that returns to the step of detecting a person's vital signs and movements within a certain range through the sensor when the relative distance to the person measured by the sensor does not increase.
- In Article 9, In the step of analyzing the movement recognized by the sensor through the above judgment unit and determining whether the relative distance from the person is increasing, A method for determining an emergency situation, further comprising the step of activating an alarm unit when the above-mentioned relatively farther distance is greater than or equal to a first set distance and is maintained for more than or equal to a first set time.
- In Paragraph 12, In the step of driving the notification unit when the above-mentioned relatively distant distance is maintained for longer than the first set time, The above-determined judgment unit further comprises the step of storing a biometric information signal of a person who is not moving through the sensor in a storage unit; a method for determining an emergency situation.
- In Article 9, The above additional movement action is a method for determining an emergency situation that includes at least one of a person's hand movement, a person's body movement, a voice, or a specific word.
- In Article 9, In the step where the above-mentioned judgment unit determines whether there is additional movement after the notification unit is activated, and if there is no additional movement, determines it as an emergency situation, A method for determining an emergency situation, further comprising the step of the communications department transmitting a message to a designated emergency center or emergency center notifying that an emergency situation has occurred.
Description
Unconscious State Detection Device and the Method thereof The present invention relates to an emergency situation determination device capable of determining whether an emergency situation has occurred to a person by detecting a person's biological signals and movements. As healthcare technology advances, various devices capable of improving the quality of life are being developed. Additionally, electronic devices containing sensors capable of measuring human biosignals are being developed. Users of such electronic devices can utilize them to measure information related to their bodies and assess their physical condition. These devices can use sensors to measure various biosignals, such as the user's heart rate, oxygen saturation, stress, and blood pressure. Electronic devices can measure various biosignals of the user by utilizing sensing information acquired through sensors. Even when a person's actions or movements cannot be monitored via video, a physical emergency can still occur. When a person moves around alone, the lack of anyone to assist them in the event of an emergency can become a problem. FIG. 1 illustrates a block diagram of an emergency situation determination device as an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 illustrates a block diagram of the control configuration of an emergency situation determination device as an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 illustrates an embodiment of the present invention, showing an emergency situation determination device installed in a restroom. FIG. 4 illustrates a configuration diagram of a measuring device for a toilet where an emergency situation has occurred, as an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 5 illustrates a flowchart of an emergency situation determination method as an embodiment of the present invention.
