  1. A holder that guides a steel bar extended in a curved manner along a curved path; An upper roll that presses the steel bar supplied along the above holder to correct it so that it extends along a straight path; and It includes a lubrication part that supplies cutting fluid to the contact area between the upper roll and the holder to prevent the holder from wearing out, and The above holder is, A holder base having a piston hole with one side open, and a hydraulic fluid path formed therein, one side of which is connected to a hydraulic supply and recovery device and the other side of which is connected to the other side of the piston hole; and A bar straightening device characterized by including a piston inserted into the piston hole so as to be reciprocating within the piston hole.
  2. In paragraph 1, the holder is, A clamp positioned outside the holder base and connected to the piston so as to be reciprocating between a locking position and an unlocking position spaced further from the holder base than the locking position; An elastic pressure member that elastically presses the piston so that the clamp moves from the unlocking position to the locking position; and A steel bar straightening device characterized by further including a steel bar guide that is detachably installed on the holder base to guide the direction of travel of the steel bar, and is fixedly coupled to the holder base when the clamp moves from the unlocking position to the locking position while in contact with the holder base.
  3. In paragraph 1, A gripping groove is formed in the above-mentioned bar guide, and A bar straightening device characterized by the clamp having a claw that is fitted into the gripping groove when in the locking position and is spaced apart from the gripping groove when in the unlocking position.
  4. In paragraph 1, A cap fixed to the holder base that closes one side of the piston hole so as not to detach the piston and the elastic pressurizing part from the piston hole; and A bar straightening device characterized by further including a connecting pin that penetrates the cap, with one side connected to the piston and the other side connected to the clamp.
  5. In paragraph 1, The above-mentioned steel bar guide includes a pair of guide blocks attached in a row to one side of the holder base, and A steel bar straightening device characterized by having a clamp, a piston, and an elastic pressure member each provided in pairs corresponding to a pair of guide blocks.
  6. In paragraph 1, A bar straightening device characterized by having a holder guide slot formed on the surface of the holder base to guide the holder base to move in a direction approaching the bar and a direction opposite to it.
  7. In paragraph 1, the lubricating part is, A connecting pipe positioned horizontally above the upper roll and connected to one side by a supply pipe for supplying cutting fluid; A plurality of branch pipes extending from the above connecting pipe to the contact area between the upper roll and the holder to discharge cutting fluid; and A bar straightening device characterized by including a nozzle installed at the end of the branch pipe to discharge cutting fluid.
  8. In Paragraph 7, The above lubrication unit further includes an access unit that concentrates and discharges cutting fluid discharged from the nozzle onto the contact area between the upper roll and the holder. A bar straightening device characterized in that the access portion includes a bend formed by a part of the branch pipe being bent toward the contact area between the upper roll and the holder.
  9. In Paragraph 7, The above lubrication unit further includes a uniform supply unit that maintains the hydraulic pressure and flow rate of the cutting fluid supplied to a plurality of the above branch pipes uniformly, and A steel bar straightening device characterized by the above uniform supply unit including a control valve installed in the branch pipe positioned adjacent to the inlet of the connecting pipe and controlling the flow rate and velocity of cutting fluid discharged through the branch pipe.

Description

Bar Steel Correction Device The present invention relates to a bar straightening device that straightens a bar so that its longitudinal direction follows a straight line without bending. Generally, a bar straightening device is a device that straightens a bar bent along a curved path so that it extends along a straight path. A two-roll straightener is generally used as a bar straightening device. The two-roll straightener includes an upper roll, a lower roll, and a pair of holders positioned so that the bar passing between the upper roll and the lower roll does not deviate.
