Abstract

The present invention relates to a patient-customized medical service provision system and method. In addition, the present invention comprises a pre-examination unit that collects information on a patient's symptoms, medical history, and medications taken as pre-examination information through a user terminal for a patient scheduled to visit a hospital; a drug information collection unit that collects information on medications currently taken and medications taken in the past as drug information through the pre-examination information and an external prescription database; a drug analysis unit that analyzes drug components to be excluded when prescribing based on the drug information; and a diagnostic assistance information provision unit that analyzes the patient's health status based on the pre-examination information and the analysis results of the drug components, generates medical assistance information helpful for the patient's diagnosis and prescription, and provides the generated medical assistance information to a hospital terminal within the hospital, thereby improving the accuracy of diagnosis and prescription for the patient and providing safe and efficient medical services.

  1. A pre-examination unit that collects information on a patient scheduled to visit a hospital, including symptoms, medical history, and medications, as pre-examination information through a user terminal; A drug information collection unit that collects information on drugs currently taken and drugs previously taken by the patient as drug information through pre-medical questionnaire information and an external prescription database; A drug analysis unit that analyzes drug components to be excluded when prescribing based on drug information; and A patient-customized medical service provision system comprising: a diagnostic assistance information providing unit that analyzes the patient's health status based on preliminary medical history information and analysis results of drug components, generates medical assistance information helpful for the patient's diagnosis and prescription, and provides the generated medical assistance information to a hospital terminal within the hospital.

Description

System and method for providing patient customized medical service The present invention relates to a patient-customized medical service provision system and method. Recently, as medical standards have advanced and interest in health has surged, the number of medical facilities such as hospitals and pharmacies, as well as the number of patients utilizing them, has increased exponentially. Consequently, various studies are being conducted to provide convenient and diverse services to patients. However, conventional medical services are limited to technologies that allow patients to easily search for hospitals near them, make appointments more convenient, or reduce waiting times when patients seek medical treatment. There is a problem in that they do not provide information to assist medical staff in diagnosis, nor do they provide technology that enables personalized prescriptions suitable for each patient. Meanwhile, the technology forming the background of the present invention is disclosed in Registered Patent Publication No. 10-2697774, Published Patent Publication No. 10-2024-0003547, and Published Patent Publication No. 10-2020-0104817. FIG. 1 is a drawing of a patient-customized medical service provision system according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a block diagram showing the hardware configuration of a patient-customized medical service provision system according to the present invention. In the following description, specific details of the invention are provided to provide an overall understanding of the invention, but it will be obvious to those skilled in the art that the invention can be easily practiced without these specific details and by variations thereof. Hereinafter, preferred embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached FIGS. 1 to 4, focusing on the parts necessary to understand the operation and function according to the present invention. FIG. 1 is a drawing of a patient-customized medical service provision system according to the present invention. Referring to FIG. 1, a patient-customized medical service provision system (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention may be implemented as a server accessible via a wired communication network, a wireless communication network, or an internet network, or as a program installed on said server. The patient-customized medical service provision system (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention is intended to help medical staff at a hospital (2) identify the condition of a patient (1) and provide a customized prescription suitable for the patient (1). It may be installed inside the hospital (2), installed outside the hospital (2) and connected via a communication network, or built in a cloud environment. In addition, the patient-customized medical service provision system (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention can automatically perform a preliminary medical interview and collect information on medications taken by the patient (1) through the user terminal (10) of the patient (1) who is scheduled to visit the hospital (2) when the patient (1) makes a medical appointment or registers for an initial visit, and can collect the results to analyze the health condition of the patient (1) and generate medical assistance information that helps in the diagnosis and prescription of the patient (1).
