Description
Accounting System and Accounting Processing Method Using Thereof The present invention relates to an accounting system and an accounting processing method using the same, and more specifically, to an accounting system and an accounting processing method using the same that enables intuitive and convenient accounting tasks for users who are not familiar with accounting tasks. Accounting activities are necessary, such as calculating revenue and expenses to determine profit and loss or paying taxes accordingly. These accounting activities are essential for individuals or businesses to carry out economic activities (paying taxes, formulating business strategies, disclosing accounting data in accordance with obligations, etc.). In particular, business owners must enter accounting entries using the double-entry bookkeeping method and need to remember the account titles that must be listed on the balance sheet used in this system. However, there were issues such as the fact that the number of account titles required on the balance sheet exceeds dozens, that these titles are unfamiliar to the general public and small business owners who are not professionally trained accounting or tax experts, and that it takes a long time to acquire and apply accounting knowledge to prepare accounting data using the double-entry method. Due to these issues, most people who need to prepare accounting records delegate the task to accounting and tax agents. However, there is a continuous demand from industry for inventions that enable the preparation of accounting records even without professional accounting knowledge, thereby facilitating settlement of accounts and tax payments.
