Claims (10)

1. In a cosmetic composition with excellent water repellency, It includes powder and a film-forming agent, A cosmetic composition comprising the above film-forming agent (A) trimethylsiloxysilicate; (B) phenyltrimethicone and acrylate/dimethicone copolymer; and (C) dimethicone and acrylate/dimethicone copolymer.
2. In Paragraph 1, The above cosmetic composition is characterized by being in a semi-solid formulation.
3. In Paragraph 1, A cosmetic composition comprising (A) trimethylsiloxysilicate, (B) phenyltrimethicone and acrylate/dimethicone copolymer, and (C) dimethicone and acrylate/dimethicone copolymer in a weight ratio of 1:0.3 to 3.5:0.3 to 3.5.
4. In Paragraph 1, A cosmetic composition in which the film-forming agent is included in an amount of 0.4 to 11 weight% based on the total weight of the cosmetic composition.
5. In Paragraph 1, A cosmetic composition in which the above (A) trimethylsiloxysilicate is included in an amount of 0.2 to 3.5 weight% based on the total weight of the cosmetic composition.
6. In Paragraph 1, A cosmetic composition comprising (B) phenyltrimethicone and acrylate/dimethicone copolymer in an amount of 0.2 to 3.5 weight% based on the total weight of the cosmetic composition.
7. In Paragraph 1, A cosmetic composition comprising (C) dimethicone and acrylate/dimethicone copolymer in an amount of 0.2 to 3.5 weight% based on the total weight of the cosmetic composition.

Description

Jelly-type cosmetic composition with excellent water repellency The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition with excellent water repellency, and specifically, to a cosmetic composition in the form of a jelly that has excellent water repellency and high water resistance by including a specific silicone-based film-forming agent together with a powder. Blush has established itself as an essential item for women who wear makeup, as it adds vitality to the cheeks to create a youthful look and makes the mid-face appear shorter. Blush is released in various forms, and modern consumers select products by considering not only the color but also the effects provided by the cosmetic formulation. Among these, cream-type blushes offer high skin adhesion due to their creamy texture, but they have the disadvantage of easily attracting dust and causing the skin to look shiny. Pressed powder blushes provide a matte finish without oiliness and have the advantage of enhancing longevity with a soft, powdery finish; however, they can easily break from external physical impact, cause powder scattering, dry out the skin, and make it difficult to provide a smooth application. Accordingly, the inventors continued research to develop a powder-type composition that possesses excellent water-repellent properties while having the advantages of both cream type and compressed powder. As a result, they confirmed that when a specific set of three film-forming agents is combined with the powder, a cosmetic composition with excellent water-repellent and long-lasting properties can be produced while maintaining the characteristics of a jelly formulation. This completed the present invention. A brief description of each drawing is provided to help to better understand the drawings cited in the detailed description of the invention. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a cosmetic composition having excellent water repellency is provided, comprising a powder and, as a film-forming agent, (A) trimethylsiloxysilicate; (B) phenyltrimethicone and acrylate/dimethicone copolymer; and (C) dimethicone and acrylate/dimethicone copolymer. The inventors have confirmed that when a specific set of three silicone-based film-forming agents is combined with the powder, excellent water repellency and high cosmetic longevity can be provided. In one embodiment, the cosmetic composition of the present invention can maintain the characteristics of a semi-solid formulation having appropriate hardness. In the present invention, the term “semi-solid formulation” refers to a state intermediate between a liquid state and a solid state, meaning a state that has slight fluidity when pressurized and provides a softer feel than a solid. The cosmetic composition of the present invention has a semi-solid nature and can provide excellent feel and smooth spreadability. In one embodiment, the cosmetic composition of the present invention can be implemented as a jelly formulation exhibiting a soft and elastic texture and light and smooth spreadability.
