Description

Pallet loading apparatus for cargo transfer The present invention relates to a pallet loading device for transporting cargo, and more specifically, to a pallet loading device for transporting cargo that can efficiently load pallets even in a narrow space, thereby enabling the transport of cargo of various sizes using pallets, and unlike conventional methods, can be installed without removing the base of the workplace and can also diversify the logistics system. Recently, as the demand for portable electronic products such as laptops, video cameras, and mobile phones has increased rapidly, and the development of electric vehicles, energy storage batteries, robots, and satellites has accelerated, research on high-performance secondary batteries capable of repeated charging and discharging is actively underway. Currently commercialized rechargeable batteries include nickel-cadmium, nickel-hydrogen, nickel-zinc, and lithium-ion batteries. Among these, lithium-ion batteries are attracting attention for their advantages, such as the ability to freely charge and discharge with almost no memory effect compared to nickel-based batteries, a very low self-discharge rate, and high energy density. Generally, these secondary batteries can be classified into cylindrical or prismatic can-type secondary batteries and pouch-type secondary batteries depending on the casing material or application form. Depending on the type of external device in which it is used, secondary batteries may be used in the form of a single cell or in the form of a module in which multiple cells are electrically connected. For example, while small devices such as mobile phones can operate for a certain period of time with the output and capacity of a single cell, medium or large devices such as laptop computers, portable DVDs, personal computers, electric vehicles, and hybrid electric vehicles require the use of a module containing multiple cells due to output and capacity issues. Meanwhile, various types of cargo, such as raw materials and finished products, are generated in the secondary battery industry, and these cargoes are transported using hand carts, forklifts, or AGVs. Among these, hand carts are used in confined spaces where forklifts or AGVs cannot enter, and in this case, a material handling machine is introduced to easily move the cargo to the automated line. However, conventional lifting machines typically require removing part of the workshop base to install a table lift, which leads to the disadvantage that operation is difficult not only due to the work required to remove the base but also during modifications or special situations. Furthermore, when using this loading device, since it is manufactured to fit a single fixed-size cargo and must be moved to a precise location, it is practically impossible to load cargo other than the initially set cargo. These disadvantages inevitably cause significant cost issues from the installation stage and the inconvenience of having to modify the device according to the changing shapes of the cargo, which raises the need for the development of technology for a new type of cargo transport pallet loading device.
