Description
Career and academic advancement diagnosis system to improve students' career maturity The present invention relates to a career and college admission diagnostic system for improving student career maturity, wherein the system collects admission guidelines for each university by data crawling from a server, analyzes them by tendency, classifies and stores expert career maturity improvement diagnostic reports by tendency, analyzes and classifies the responses to a tendency questionnaire from a user logged into the server by tendency, retrieves the results from the memory, and outputs the expert career maturity improvement diagnostic reports and the diagnostic reports for target universities by tendency to the user. Career maturity refers to the process by which an individual acquires the ability and attitude to explore, plan, and realize their career path, signifying the capacity to proactively design and develop their own career. In other words, it can be described as the ability to go beyond simply choosing a profession to independently determine the direction of one's life based on one's interests, values, and strengths, and to act accordingly. This includes not only simply choosing a job, but also setting the direction of one's life by considering one's interests, aptitudes, values, and so on. Career maturity is influenced by various factors; for example, the surrounding environment, such as family, friends, and teachers, as well as an individual's personality and experiences, can affect career maturity. Furthermore, career maturity develops with age; during adolescence, individuals explore their interests and aptitudes, while in adulthood, they go through processes such as selecting a profession and developing a career. To enhance career maturity, it is necessary to engage in self-understanding, which involves identifying one's interests, aptitudes, and values; career exploration, which involves collecting information on various occupations and academic disciplines; career planning, which involves setting goals and establishing plans to achieve them; career decision-making, which involves selecting a career by considering one's interests, aptitudes, values, and goals; and career practice, which involves striving to realize the chosen career. Career maturity plays an important role in improving an individual's quality of life, so it is important to strive to enhance one's career maturity. Career competency refers to specific abilities for career maturity, encompassing the various skills required for an individual to explore, plan, and implement their career path. Key career competencies include self-understanding ability to accurately identify and understand one's interests, values, strengths, and weaknesses; information search ability to collect and analyze career-related information using various sources; decision-making ability to make rational judgments and optimal choices based on collected information; problem-solving ability to creatively resolve issues arising during the career development process; interpersonal skills to communicate and cooperate smoothly with others; and self-management ability to manage stress and consistently strive toward goals. The relationship between career maturity and career competency can be viewed as follows: career maturity is the ultimate goal, while career competency is a means to achieve that goal. In other words, as career competencies develop, individuals can design and implement their careers more effectively, thereby increasing their career maturity. People with high self-understanding skills are more likely to choose a job that suits their aptitude, which can lead to career satisfaction. Individuals with excellent information-seeking skills can obtain diverse career information to broaden their range of choices, which enables them to make wiser career decisions. People with excellent problem-solving skills can overcome difficulties encountered during the career development process and achieve their goals. In college admissions, career maturity and career competency are important indicators for evaluating a student's potential and growth possibilities. In other words, it is not simply about evaluating students based on past grades, but rather comprehensively assessing what kind of talent they can grow into in the future. The elements evaluated through career maturity and career competency include: a self-directed learning attitude, which assesses whether one sets and executes learning plans independently and demonstrates an effort to overcome difficulties; in-depth career exploration, which evaluates whether one demonstrates a deep understanding of a field beyond mere interest and has developed competencies through related activities; goal setting and achievement ability, which assesses whether one sets specific goals and consistently strives to achieve them; problem-solving ability, which evaluates whether one makes an effort to resolve challenging situations
