KR-20260064299-A - Vehicle assist device with anti-freeze and anti-bacterial functions
Abstract
The present invention relates to a vehicle auxiliary device having antifreeze and antibacterial functions, comprising: a heating unit having at least one heating element that is installed on the inner side of a door outer panel and a door frame that are in contact with the vehicle body frame and is installed in a manner that is detachably installed on a vehicle body frame that limits the door opening of the vehicle, and which heats up when power is applied and heats up the vehicle door; a sterilization unit having at least one light source that is provided on the outer side of the door outer panel and irradiates ultraviolet rays toward the handle side of the vehicle door; and a control unit that controls the heating unit to enable heating of the heating element when the outdoor temperature outside the vehicle is lower than a preset reference temperature based on a detection signal by a sensor, and controls the sterilization unit to allow ultraviolet rays to be irradiated when the vehicle door is unlocked.

Claims (4)
- A heating unit having at least one heating element that heats up when power is applied and heats the vehicle door, which is installed detachably on a body frame that defines the door opening of a vehicle or is installed on the inner side of a door outer panel and a door frame that contacts the body frame; A sterilization unit having at least one light source provided on the outer side of the door outer panel or on the handle, and irradiating ultraviolet rays toward the handle side of the vehicle door; and A vehicle auxiliary device having anti-freezing and antibacterial functions, comprising: a control unit that controls a heating unit to enable heating of a heating element when the outdoor temperature outside the vehicle is lower than a preset reference temperature based on a detection signal by a sensor, and controls a sterilization unit to allow ultraviolet rays to be irradiated when the vehicle door is unlocked.
- In paragraph 1, The above heating element is, A vehicle auxiliary device having antifreeze and antibacterial functions, characterized by being composed of at least one heating element among a heating wire or a planar heating element.
- In paragraph 1, The above heating unit is, The above heating element is further included to be fixed to the vehicle body frame or to the door outer panel and door frame, and a bracket is further included. The above bracket is, A fastening plate portion installed on the above-mentioned vehicle body frame or installed on the inner side of the door outer panel and door frame; A pair of fixed rib portions formed protruding from the above-mentioned fastening plate portion and forming a placement space for placing a heating element between them and the above-mentioned fastening plate portion, and made of a material having a predetermined elasticity; and A vehicle auxiliary device having anti-freezing and antibacterial functions, comprising: a hook portion provided at the end of each fixed rib portion, formed to protrude in a direction facing each other, and forming a catch portion that catches the heating element disposed in the placement space.
- In paragraph 1, The above sterilization unit is, A vehicle auxiliary device having anti-freezing and antibacterial functions, comprising an input/output plate, one side of which is rotatably coupled to the outer side of the door outer panel and the other side of which is coupled to the light source and rotates around the one side according to a control signal to be withdrawn to the outer side of the door outer panel.
Description
Vehicle assist device with anti-freeze and anti-bacterial functions The present invention relates to a vehicle auxiliary device having anti-freezing and antibacterial functions, and more specifically, to a vehicle auxiliary device having an improved structure having anti-freezing and antibacterial functions that can prevent the phenomenon of a vehicle door freezing and not opening in winter, and can prevent the door handle of the vehicle from being contaminated by external foreign substances and bacteria. A vehicle has door openings for passengers to board and alight from the passenger compartment. The door openings allow passengers to board and alight by closing the vehicle door when it is fastened to the body frame, and by opening when the door is released from the body frame and rotated. The vehicle door is equipped with a door window to improve ventilation, passenger visibility, and occupant comfort within the vehicle interior (passenger compartment), and is typically made of steel considering factors such as crash safety. The vehicle door is formed by combining a door outer panel and a door inner panel made of steel to form a door frame, and a door frame is combined on the upper part of the panels to form a door window, and a door module including a regulator for raising and lowering the door window glass is built into the interior space formed by combining the door outer panel and the door inner panel. A door trim, serving as an interior material equipped with door switches, is attached to the inner door panel, and an impact beam is installed close to the outer door panel to increase the door's side impact rigidity. While such vehicle doors function to separate the passenger compartment from the outside and protect occupants from the external environment, they present a problem in that the door handles freeze due to external factors such as snow during winter, rendering them inoperable and preventing the door from opening or closing. Furthermore, as vehicle doors are used by an unspecified number of people and are constantly exposed to the outside, the handles become contaminated by foreign substances and bacteria. Therefore, there is a need to develop technology capable of preventing the freezing of vehicle doors and suppressing the contamination of their handles.
