Description
Construction site management device that uses Beacon and GPS simultaneously Because our company utilizes Beacons, it offers higher accuracy and a lower cost compared to existing GPS-based programs. Additionally, since the app or website stores worker contact information, position, and duties directly, it can reduce the workload currently required from mobile phone address books. The core features of our program include: 1. 3D worker location tracking; 2. Digitization of drawings or documents (viewable on mobile phones); 3. AI-based process management; 4. Worker information (attendance, contact details, etc.); 5. Process completion checks; and 6. Safety evacuation methods and first aid measures in the event of an accident. On-site, all safety equipment is worn, and operations are conducted primarily through reporting. However, as work progresses, it is often difficult to fully grasp the situation and details regarding the workers. Consequently, it is common to make individual phone calls or physically go out to gather information. Furthermore, workers' locations are sometimes unknown, making it difficult to assess the progress of the work or their safety status. Such problems directly lead to casualties and reduced work efficiency, which can result in penalties under the Serious Accidents Punishment Act; furthermore, they entail increased construction costs by delaying the site completion period. In such cases, the move-in date is postponed, potentially causing financial damage to the construction company or the building owner. Figure 1 is a diagram illustrating a method of sharing information and communication content provided by a location sticker, terminal, device, administrator, and user to each other. Figure 2 shows the UI for operating the emergency siren. Since it is compatible with smartwatches, real-time emergency siren operation is possible. Figure 3 is a UI that allows administrators or users to view real-time location information and a function to identify the real-time location of users. FIG. 1 is a diagram showing the process of delivering a construction site management device (10) according to the present invention from a sticker to a manager. In the present invention, the construction site management device (10) includes a location sticker (1), a terminal (2), and a device (3), and through the present invention, both the manager and the user can know the information of the workers. The construction site management device (10) includes a location sticker (1), a terminal (2), and a device (3), and location information is provided in the order of the location sticker (1), terminal (2), and device (3). The terminal (2) is divided into a terminal (21) that can be carried by an administrator and a terminal (22) that operates in a fixed manner, and each terminal has its own advantages and disadvantages. The total range for providing location information varies depending on the location of the terminal (2), and the range may be flexible when using a terminal that the manager can carry around. The device (3) is compatible with three types of devices: mobile phones, tablet PCs, and PCs. The mobile phones and tablet PCs are provided with an APP (31) structure, while the PC is provided with a Web (32) structure. Information such as location information identification (41), convenience improvement (42), process management (43), and compatibility (44) can be obtained through a program (4) that can be opened via the device (3). The location information identification unit (41) includes a function that provides the user's location information to the terminal via the sticker and transmits it from the location information transmission unit terminal to the manager's device (APP, Web form [31, 32]) so that the manager can view it. The convenience improvement unit (42) includes functions such as an emergency siren, worker call, AI process management, and drawing sharing. The real-time process management unit (43) includes real-time work sharing, process optimization, and collaboration support, and the compatibility unit (44) allows all of this to be viewed on a PC or mobile device. FIG. 3 is a UI showing the real-time status of a worker belonging to the location information identification unit (41), through which 3D location identification (411), drawing registration (412), and worker's work type verification (413) are possible. FIG. 2 is a screen showing the emergency siren (421) function among the convenience improvement section (42), and includes functions such as 119 phone call (4211), 119 emergency text message (4212), emergency response plan (4213), additionally smartwatch alarm service (4214), escape route recommendation (4215).
