Claims (1)
- A plurality of fixing brackets (30) fixedly installed in the gap between the bottom of the manhole frame (20) on which the manhole cover (10) is placed and the upper foundation (C) of the manhole (H), or on the inner wall of the upper foundation (C), and positioned radially on the inner side of the entrance of the manhole (H); a C-shaped band (40) placed on the plurality of fixing brackets (30), having a radius that can be adjusted by tightening a bolt (41) and a nut (42), and having a seating ledge (46) integrally formed on the inner side; and a fall prevention net (50) placed on the seating ledge (46) of the C-shaped band (40) and rotatably installed on the bolt (41). The above fall prevention net (50) is composed of an outer frame (52), a mesh material (54) formed on the inner side of the outer frame (52), and a pivoting part (56) formed on one side of the outer frame (52) and rotatably coupled to a bolt (41) of the C-shaped band (40). The pivoting part (56) is composed of a bracket (56a) welded to the outer frame (52) and a bolt hole (56b) formed in the bracket (56a). By coupling the bolt hole (56b) of the fall prevention net (50) to the bolt (41) of the C-shaped band (40), entry into the manhole is possible by lifting and rotating the fall prevention net (50) inside the manhole cover (10) to open it, and the fall prevention net (50) can be rotatably closed after completing work inside the manhole. The bolt hole (56b) is formed in a shape such as a snap hook. A manhole fall prevention device characterized in that the bolt (41) can be fastened to the fastening portion (43, 44) of the C-shaped band (40) with a nut (42) and the pivot portion (56) of the fall prevention net (50) can be fitted, and the fall prevention net (50) is fixed to the fixing bracket (30) by a locking member (60) on the opposite side of the pivot portion (56) to prevent the fall prevention net (50) from being opened by water pressure or other external forces inside or outside the manhole, wherein the locking member (60) is composed of a fixing projection (62) attached to the fixing bracket (30), a catch (58) attached to one side of the fall prevention net (50), and a fixing pin (64) that is fitted into a pin hole formed in the fixing projection (62), and the fixing pin (64) is connected to a wire (66) with one end attached to the fall prevention net (50) to prevent loss.
Description
Manhole Fall Prevention Apparatus The present invention relates to a manhole fall prevention device for preventing pedestrians or workers from accidentally falling into a manhole when the manhole cover is detached or separated. More specifically, the device is designed to be easily installed in existing manholes and to allow easy access to the manhole interior when necessary, by installing a fall prevention net inside the manhole entrance that can be opened and closed in a rotatable manner. Generally, a manhole is designed to allow people to access the ground from the road surface. It is used for maintaining underground water and sewage facilities or telecommunication lines, and typically consists of an inlet and outlet pipe connected to the bottom of a cylindrical pipe covered by a lid. In the case of a manhole for water supply and sewage transporting rainwater and sewage, it is equipped with a manhole body to which a plurality of inlet and outlet pipes are connected, and a manhole cover is assembled by being seated on the upper part of the manhole body. When not in use, the cover is closed to prevent safety accidents, and rainwater on the road is drained through the holes of the manhole cover during rain. Meanwhile, when a large amount of rainwater suddenly flows into the pipe due to heavy rain or torrential downpours, the sewage may backflow into the manhole opening. In severe cases, this can cause the manhole cover to become dislodged, and accidents involving falls often occur where pedestrians fail to see the manhole opening while walking or slip and fall into the manhole. Various technologies have been disclosed in the past to prevent fall accidents in such manholes, and prior art related to the present invention is disclosed in Patent Documents 1 to 4, but the manhole fall prevention devices according to these prior art had problems such as requiring the entrance of the manhole to be specially newly manufactured to install means for preventing slipping, or requiring a considerable amount of time for installation work due to the complex structure, and problems such as the opening and closing of the means for preventing slipping being very inconvenient when workers want to enter and exit the manhole periodically for work inside. FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a manhole fall prevention device according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the installation state of a manhole fall prevention device according to the present invention. FIG. 3 is a plan view of the installation state of a manhole fall prevention device according to the present invention. Fig. 4 shows the fall prevention net in the open state in Fig. 2. FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the fixing bracket shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 6 is a photograph of a manhole fall prevention device according to another embodiment of the present invention. Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention that do not limit the invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. FIGS. 1 to 5 illustrate a manhole fall prevention device according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprising: a plurality of fixing brackets (30) fixedly installed in the gap between the bottom of a manhole frame (20) on which a manhole cover (10) is placed and the upper foundation (C) of the manhole (H), or on the inner wall of the upper foundation (C), and positioned radially on the inner side of the entrance of the manhole (H); A C-shaped band (40) that is placed on the above-mentioned plurality of fixed brackets (30), and whose radius can be adjusted by fastening a bolt (41) and a nut (42), and has a seating projection (46) integrally formed on the inner side; It comprises a fall prevention net (50) that is placed on the mounting ledge (46) of the above C-shaped band (40) and rotatably installed on the above bolt (41). In the drawing, reference numeral 22 is a manhole cover mounting ledge formed on the inner side of the manhole frame (20). In this embodiment, the fixing bracket (30) is made of stainless steel and has a horizontal part (32) that fits into the gap between the bottom of the manhole frame (20) and the upper foundation (C) of the manhole (H), and a vertical part (34) that is in close contact with the inner wall of the upper foundation (C), forming an L-shape, and a seating ledge (36) on which the C-shaped band (40) is seated is formed protruding from the inner lower part of the vertical part (34), and a fixing hole (38) is formed in the middle or upper part of the vertical part (34) for fastening a fixing device including a wall block (plastic anchor plug) or a concrete anchor, which is not shown, to the inner surface of the upper foundation (C) of the manhole. In this embodiment, the mounting ledge (36) is shown as being attached to the inner side of the vertical section (34) by welding, but the present invention is not limited thereto. It is also possible to manufacture the inner side of t
