KR20260064478AKR 20260064478 AKR20260064478 AKR 20260064478AKR-20260064478-A

Abstract

A vehicle personalization setting system and a personalization setting method are disclosed. The system includes a communicator and a controller. The communicator detects the location of a passenger's personal ID device and receives the ID of the personal ID device from the personal ID device. The controller determines the seat where the passenger is located based on the location of the personal ID device detected by the communicator; the controller compares the ID of the personal ID device received by the communicator with a pre-stored ID of the personal ID device, wherein the pre-stored ID of the personal ID device is associated with a personalization setting corresponding to at least one vehicle seat; and in response to the fact that the target ID among the ID of the personal ID device received by the communicator and the pre-stored ID of the personal ID device is the same, the controller generates a control signal to execute the personalization setting associated with the target ID at the seat where the determined passenger is located.

Description

Personalization System and Personalization Method for Vehicle The present invention relates to the field of vehicle control technology, and in particular to a vehicle personalization setting system and a personalization setting method. Currently, the vehicle's personalized integration function can be implemented based on the smart key's ID (identification). Specifically, the vehicle can identify different smart key IDs and turn the personalized integration function on or off depending on the identified smart key ID. However, when implementing a personalized linkage function through the above method, since the list of network broadcast programs watched by the vehicle owner/specific passenger when using the AVNT (Audio Video Navigation Telematics) device, the network services used, and personal payment account information are all important personal privacy matters, a situation may arise where the privacy of the vehicle owner/specific passenger is exposed when a designated driver, relative, or friend drives the vehicle from the driver's seat while the vehicle owner/specific passenger sits in another seat, as the personalized linkage function based on the smart key ID is executed from the driver's seat. Therefore, to protect passenger privacy, a personalized setting system and a personalized setting method capable of implementing personalized linkage functions at the passenger's boarding location are highly necessary. The matters described in this background technology section are written to enhance understanding of the background of the invention and may include matters that are not prior art already known to those skilled in the art to which this technology belongs. Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings. For clarity, the same components in different drawings are indicated by the same reference numerals. It should be noted that the drawings are illustrative only and are not necessarily drawn in proportion. FIG. 1 is a block diagram of a vehicle personalization setting system according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating an exemplary vehicle equipped with a communication device. Figure 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating the interior of a vehicle as an example. FIG. 4 is a flowchart of a method for personalizing a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIGS. 5a to 5d are flowcharts of a method for personalizing a vehicle according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention are described in detail. These embodiments are implemented based on the technical methods of the present invention, and detailed implementation methods and specific operation processes are presented; however, the scope of protection of the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments. FIG. 1 is a block diagram of a vehicle personalization setting system according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the vehicle personalization setting system (10) according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a communication device (11), a controller (12), and an implementer (13). The communication device (11) communicates with the personal ID device (20) to detect the location of the passenger's personal ID device (20) and can receive the ID (identification) of the personal ID device (20) from the personal ID device (20). Through this, the personalization setting system (10) according to the embodiment of the present invention can detect the passenger corresponding to the personal ID device (20) (specifically, the location and identity of the passenger) as a basis for implementing the personalization linkage function. Specifically, the personal ID device (20) may be a remote control (FOB) key or a smart key built into a smartphone. However, the type of the personal ID device (20) is merely an example, and the personal ID device (20) can be configured in any form as long as the personalization setting system can detect a passenger carrying the personal ID device (20). FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating an exemplary vehicle equipped with a communication device. As shown in FIG. 2, the communication device (11) may be installed at multiple locations on the vehicle. Specifically, the communication device (11) may be installed at the left front part, right front part, left rear part, right rear part of the vehicle body, and at least one location inside the vehicle. Body Domain Control (BDC) can send a transmission request signal to a communication device (11). When a communication device (11) receives a transmission request signal from the BDC, it can transmit a request signal to each communication device (11). The request signal can form a detection area with a transmission radius of a predetermined distance, and the formed detection area can cover the exterior of the vehicle a
