Description

Welding Beads Toy The present disclosure relates to weldable bead toys. Conventionally, a weldable bead toy has been proposed that enables the creation of an assembly of any shape by connecting multiple parts (e.g., Patent Document 1). Since such a weldable bead toy contains a water-soluble resin, when the beads are wet with water and then brought into contact with each other and dried, they can be connected in any arrangement arranged by the player. FIG. 1 is a drawing illustrating an example of an assembly of weldable beads. FIG. 2 is a composition table in an example of a weldable bead toy. Figure 3 is a composition table in an example of a weldable bead toy. Figure 4 is a composition table in a comparative example of weldable bead toys. Figure 5 is an explanatory diagram of the evaluation method for weldable bead toys. Figure 6 is an evaluation result of an example and a comparative example of a yellow weldable bead toy. Figure 7 is an evaluation result of an example and a comparative example of a green weldable bead toy. Figure 8 is an evaluation result of an example and a comparative example of a purple weldable bead toy. Figure 9 is an evaluation result of an example and a comparative example of a blue weldable bead toy. Figure 10 is an evaluation result of an example and a comparative example of a red weldable bead toy. Figure 11 is an evaluation result of an example and a comparative example of a pink weldable bead toy. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a drawing illustrating an example of an assembly (1) of weldable bead toys (2) (2A, 2B, 2C). The weldable bead toys (2) are formed by a resin of a water-soluble material. Specifically, the weldable bead toys (2) are formed by mixing polyvinyl alcohol with the resin. In addition, the resin forming the weldable bead toys (2) may be arbitrarily selected from a transparent material, a light-transmitting material, or an opaque material. The light-transmitting properties of the weldable bead toys (2) may be selected based on the content of the coloring agent. Specific embodiments will be described later. In addition, the shape of the weldable bead toys (2) may utilize various forms such as a sphere, a convex polyhedron, or a concave polyhedron (also referred to as an uneven polyhedron), as exemplified in FIG. 1. A concave polyhedron is a polyhedron in which the dihedral angle on any side exceeds 180 degrees and is a polyhedron other than a convex polyhedron. The weldable bead toy (2A) of FIG. 1 is spherical. The weldable bead toy (2B) of the convex polyhedron is a rhombic trichohedron. Also, the weldable bead toy (2C) of the concave polyhedron is a star-shaped polyhedron. The weldable bead toy (2) is formed by mixing polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), glycerin, calcium stearate, and coloring agent, and by injection molding using a mold having a predetermined shape. FIGS. 2 and FIGS. 3 are composition tables of Examples 1 to 18 of the weldable bead toy (2). FIGS. 4 is also a composition table of Comparative Examples 1 to 12 of the weldable bead toy (2). FIGS. 2 to 4 show the content of each component in units [g], and the parentheses indicate the content ratio of the coloring agent when the total amount of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), glycerin, and calcium stearate is 100 parts by mass. Examples 1 to 3 use phthalocyanine green (pigment), yellow fluorescent dye, and ethylenebisstearamide in a mass ratio of 6:400:59 as coloring agents and are colored yellow. Examples 4 to 6 use phthalocyanine green (pigment) and yellow fluorescent dye in a weight ratio of 3:2 as coloring agents and are colored green. Examples 7 to 9 use Brilliant Blue FCF (Blue 1) and Acid Red 52 (Red 106) in a mass ratio of 5:2 as coloring agents and are colored purple. Examples 10 to 12 use Brilliant Blue FCF (Blue 1) as coloring agent and are colored blue. In Examples 13 to 14, Proxin B (Red 104) is used as the coloring agent and is colored red. In Examples 15 to 17, Acid Red 52 (Red 106) is used as the coloring agent and is colored pink. The coloring agents used in Examples 7 to 18 are all food colorings. Additionally, each embodiment shows examples formed into different shapes of convex polyhedra, concave polyhedra, and spheres for the same color. The weldable bead toys (2) of embodiments 1, 4, 7, 10, 13, and 16 are convex polyhedra, and in this embodiment, they are all rhombic tricohedrons. The weldable bead toys (2) of embodiments 2, 5, 8, 11, 14, and 17 are concave polyhedra, and in this embodiment, they are all molded polyhedra. All of the weldable bead toys (2) of Examples 1 to 18 contain polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), glycerin, calcium stearate, and a coloring agent, and are transparent. In Figure 4, Comparative Examples 1 and 2 use tartrazine (Yellow No. 4) and Sunset Yellow FCF (Yellow No. 5) as coloring agents in a mass ratio of 120:1 and are colored yellow. Comparative Examples 3 and 4 use Brilliant Blue FCF (Blue No. 1)
