  1. A video capturing unit installed around a monitoring area where littering occurs near a road where a vehicle travels, and capturing real-time video of the monitoring area; An image storage unit that stores the above real-time video; A video analysis unit that analyzes the above real-time video to determine whether a passenger is dumping trash within the above surveillance area; A video classification unit that classifies the video of the passenger dumping trash as a crackdown video when it is determined through the video analysis unit that the passenger is dumping trash, and stores the classified crackdown video; and A waste dumping prevention system comprising a video display unit that displays a video captured by the video capturing unit, or displays the enforcement video to the passenger when it is determined through the video analysis unit that the passenger is dumping waste.
  2. In paragraph 1, The above-mentioned image capturing unit is, A waste dumping prevention system comprising a plurality of web cameras that each divide and film the above-mentioned surveillance area.
  3. In paragraph 1, The above-mentioned image capturing unit is, It includes a plurality of web cameras that photograph the above surveillance area, and A waste dumping prevention system configured such that the shooting areas of the plurality of web cameras partially overlap to form a common shooting area, and within the common shooting area, a video of the occupant directly dumping waste can be obtained.
  4. In paragraph 1, The above-mentioned image capturing unit is, It includes a plurality of web cameras that photograph the above surveillance area, and A waste dumping prevention system in which a single webcam can acquire video of the passenger directly dumping waste within the recording area.
  5. In paragraph 1, The above-mentioned image capturing unit is, It includes two web cameras positioned in opposing directions with the above-mentioned surveillance area in between, A waste dumping prevention system characterized by the fact that the two web cameras are respectively positioned on the left and right sides of the surveillance area to film the surveillance area together.
  6. In paragraph 1, The above image analysis unit is, A waste dumping prevention system characterized by identifying that the occupant has dumped waste when a change is detected by comparing the real-time video of the surveillance area captured by the video capturing unit with the video before the vehicle leaves the shooting area and the video after the vehicle leaves the shooting area.
  7. In paragraph 1, The above image display unit is, A waste dumping prevention system characterized by additionally displaying one or more of a video indicating that the above-mentioned monitoring area is a waste dumping enforcement area and a promotional video for preventing waste dumping.
  8. In paragraph 1, The above image display unit is, Randomly display the above enforcement video, and A waste dumping prevention system characterized by not displaying any of the above enforcement videos for which a certain period of time has elapsed since the time of filming or for which the number of times displayed has exceeded a certain number.

Description

Trash Dumping Prevention System The present invention relates to a waste dumping prevention system, and more specifically, to a waste dumping prevention system capable of preventing vehicle occupants from illegally dumping waste around roads by instilling a sense of caution in them regarding littering around roads. Through the digitalization and advancement of expressways, various Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) have been established on the main sections, providing efficient road management and services. On the other hand, entry and exit ramps such as highway interchanges and rest areas remain blind spots for these intelligent transportation systems; consequently, there has been growing interest in establishing systems and providing services for the efficient management of these sections. One issue arising in these exit ramps is "illegal waste dumping." As mentioned earlier, illegal dumping of waste is a problem that occurs in blind spots of traffic flow monitoring, leading to serious illegal dumping, increased disposal costs, and accidents during work. To eradicate such illegal waste dumping, the Korea Expressway Corporation is revitalizing the reporting system by providing incentives for customer tips, conducting video inspections and attaching warning signs at sites of habitual illegal dumping, and producing viral promotional videos to promote prevention on YouTube; however, it is difficult to eradicate illegal waste dumping with these methods alone. The reality is that despite repeated criticisms regarding traffic accidents caused by illegal dumping and the wasteful expenditure of the budget due to waste disposal, no improvements have been made. Furthermore, since littering along roadsides causes environmental pollution and damages urban aesthetics, if realistic detection is difficult, effective measures must be devised, such as methods to raise awareness among passengers. FIG. 1 is a drawing for explaining a waste dumping prevention system according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a drawing for explaining how to divide and photograph each surveillance area through an image capturing unit according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a drawing for explaining how to capture a common shooting area through an image capturing unit according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a drawing for explaining how an image capturing unit according to an embodiment of the present invention captures a surveillance area together. FIG. 5 is a drawing for explaining an image display unit according to an embodiment of the present invention. The present invention is susceptible to various modifications and may take various forms, and embodiments are to be described in detail in the text. However, this is not intended to limit the invention to the specific disclosed forms, and it should be understood that the invention includes all modifications, equivalents, and substitutions that fall within the spirit and scope of the invention. Similar reference numerals have been used for similar components in the description of each figure. Terms such as "first," "second," etc., may be used to describe various components, but said components should not be limited by said terms. The above terms are used solely for the purpose of distinguishing one component from another. The terms used in this application are used merely to describe specific embodiments and are not intended to limit the invention.
