Abstract

The present invention relates to a fixing device for processing an aircraft landing gear cover, and is a technology capable of not only firmly fixing a relatively large landing gear cover material when processing a single landing gear cover material to integrally form a landing gear cover, but also stably supporting a selected position of the landing gear cover material to prevent deformation of its shape. Specifically, the main components include: a fixed mounting portion (100) comprising a mounting surface (110) on which a landing gear cover material (1) processed to form a landing gear cover (10) on the upper part is mounted; and a fixed portion (200) comprising an outer fixed portion (210) formed to support the outer surface of the landing gear cover material (1) mounted on the fixed mounting portion (100), and a lower support portion (220) formed to support the lower surface of the landing gear cover material (1).

  1. A fixed mounting portion (100) including a mounting surface (110) on which a landing gear cover material (1) processed to form a landing gear cover (10) on the upper part is mounted; A fixing device for processing an aircraft landing gear cover, comprising: an outer fixing part (210) formed to support the outer surface of a landing gear cover material (1) that is seated on the above-mentioned fixed seating part (100); and a lower supporting part (220) formed to support the lower surface of the landing gear cover material (1).

In Article 1, A fixing device for processing an aircraft landing gear cover, comprising a control unit (300) including a fixing operation control unit (310) that controls the horizontal movement of the outer fixing part (210) and the horizontal and vertical movement of the lower support part (220) using shape information of the input landing gear cover material (1).

In Paragraph 2, The above control unit (300) is a fixing device for processing an aircraft landing gear cover, comprising a fixing motion control auxiliary unit (320) that measures real-time shape information of the landing gear cover material (1) and provides real-time shape information to the fixing motion control unit (310).

Description

Fixture for Aircraft Landing Gear Cover Processing The present invention relates to a fixing device for processing an aircraft landing gear cover, and is a technology capable of not only firmly fixing a relatively large landing gear cover material when processing a single landing gear cover material to integrally form a landing gear cover, but also stably supporting a selected position of the landing gear cover material to prevent deformation of its shape. Patent Document 1 presents a technology comprising: a lower assembly formed by combining lower unit bodies that are separated left and right based on a line connecting one side of the second bending part formed by wrapping around the edge of the body and the other side of the second bending part, wherein the upper surface has a shape corresponding to the lower surface of the body of the workpiece and one side of the second bending part formed at the edge of the upper surface is open, the inner surface shape of the second bending part corresponds to the outer surface shape of the first bending part; and an upper assembly coupled to the upper surface of the lower assembly with the workpiece in between to restrict the movement of the workpiece. Patent Document 2 presents a technology comprising an x-axis setting module having an upper surface recessed in an 'L' shape to simultaneously restrain the bottom and side surfaces of a workpiece, positioned by a T-bolt connected to a T-groove, and positioned opposite each other to support the workpiece at both ends, and a clamp module fastened to the upper surface of the x-axis setting module with a long bolt and configured to press and fix the workpiece seated in the support groove. Patent Document 3 provides a rigid attachment mechanism filler and a spar extending along the wing length of the blade from the root of the blade to the free end of the blade, wherein the attachment mechanism filler is provided in a rotary-wing aircraft blade having upper, bottom, front, rear, left, and right surfaces, the spar comprises a continuous portion of a fiber layer supporting the attachment mechanism filler in a captured state at the root of the blade, and the spar is fixed to the upper, bottom, front, rear, and left surfaces of the attachment mechanism filler. Patent Document 4 presents a technology comprising: a work plate equipped with a plurality of fixing devices for fixing the perimeter of an assembly part in an aircraft assembly operation; a support frame body coupled to the work plate and coupled with a plurality of frames so that the work plate is fixed to the ground during the assembly operation; a height adjustment part formed on the lower surface of the support frame body to adjust the height of the work plate; and a pressure plate installed across the assembly part on the work plate and having a pressure device formed thereon to press and fix the assembly part.
