Abstract

Furthermore, by installing a temperature controller within the steam treatment device in conjunction with the heating plate, and by installing the heating plate in conjunction with a temperature sensor and a switch, temperature control is easy and burns and fires can be prevented. Additionally, by including support legs, the device makes it easy to perform not only steam treatment through mugwort fumigation but also sitz bath steam treatment by placing it on body parts such as the abdomen and waist.

Furthermore, mugwort contains a large amount of beneficial components; it is effective for purifying the blood, improving blood circulation, and providing antibacterial, analgesic, and anti-inflammatory effects. It also has excellent effects on gynecological diseases, such as coldness, leukorrhea, and menstrual cramps, by warming the uterus. Mugwort is particularly widely used for moxibustion, and by applying it directly to the body or placing it on a specific device, one can warm the body and boost internal immunity. Therefore, recently, many moxibustion devices have been developed to make it easy to use moxibustion at home.
