KR-20260064898-A - VEHICLE HEADLINER WITH INTEGRATED RAISED PILLAR-MATCHING SUPPORT PORTION AND THE METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
Abstract
The present invention enables the pad to function by applying less pressure to the substrate portion to which the filler matching pad is attached when manufacturing a headliner composed of a substrate and a skin by thermoforming. This reduces the process of separately manufacturing and attaching the filler matching pad, thereby reducing manufacturing costs and the number of work processes, and increasing productivity. Furthermore, the present invention enables the pad portion to be integrally molded as the headliner is thermoformed, thus preventing the pad portion from deviating from its designated position or falling off, which could lead to assembly defects, thereby creating a comfortable interior environment. Additionally, since the pad portion is integrally formed with the headliner, the present invention prevents the pad portion from becoming detached or separated even due to vibrations generated while the vehicle is driving, further improving the comfortable interior environment.

Description
Vehicle Headliner with Integrated Raised Pillar-Matching Support Portion and Method for Manufacturing the Same The present invention relates to a headliner in which a filler matching support portion is integrally formed and a method for manufacturing the same. More specifically, when a skin is placed on a substrate and thermoformed integrally, the pad portion that contacts the filler portion supporting the roof panel is formed in a protruding state by integrally molding it, thereby eliminating the process of separately manufacturing and attaching a filler matching pad that performs this function, which allows for increased productivity while reducing manufacturing costs. Generally, as a car headliner is mounted facing the roof panel inside the vehicle, pillar matching pads are installed at the edges where they meet the pillars supporting the roof panel. These pillar matching pads contribute to improved safety by enhancing the interior finish, maintaining shape, and reducing noise and vibration. The following (Patent Document 1) to (Patent Document 3) disclose technology regarding a filler matching pad for such a headliner. (Patent Document 1) Korean Registered Patent No. 10-1477926 The present invention relates to a support flange for fixing a headlining of an automobile. In the past, since the support flange for fixing a headlining provided between the car body panel and the headlining was in the form of a flat plate, when a cushion pad was fixed to the support flange for fixing a headlining and then installed on the inner surface of the car body panel, a space was formed between the inner surface of the car body panel and the cushion pad, which caused noise and reduced the emotional satisfaction of the driver and passengers. Accordingly, to solve this problem, the headlining fixing support flange is provided between the upper body panel of the vehicle and the headlining so that the headlining of the vehicle is in close contact with the body panel of the vehicle, wherein the headlining contact body part, which is in close contact with the upper side of the headlining, is formed in the same shape as the upper side of the headlining, and the front of the headlining contact body part protrudes upward by a certain distance by means of a support leg part, and a plurality of cushion pad mounting parts are formed, each having a cushion pad fixing flange provided at the top; and a cushion pad installed in the cushion pad mounting part of the headlining fixing support flange to perform a cushioning role between the vehicle body panel and the headlining fixing support flange, and fixedly coupled to the cushion pad mounting part by the cushion pad fixing flange of the cushion mounting part. (Patent Document 2) Korean Published Patent No. 10-2007-0115142 The present invention relates to a vehicle headliner and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein the production time and performance of the headliner are improved by integrally manufacturing a pre-molded member or a plurality of ribs into a headliner molded body using expanded polypropylene (EPP) foam (bead). The vehicle headliner is mounted on the inner side of a vehicle's ceiling panel to cushion the impact on occupants during a vehicle collision, and comprises: a headliner molded body fixed to the inner side of the ceiling panel and having a plurality of openings for accommodating a control box or a lamp; and an impact absorption pad formed on the edge portion of the headliner molded body and providing a predetermined gap between the headliner molded body and the inner surface of the ceiling panel. According to a configuration characterized by forming an intermediate rib that is arranged to protrude from the surface of the above-mentioned headliner molded body and supports the inner surface of the ceiling panel from the surface, and forming it as a single unit, the invention provides a method for manufacturing a vehicle headliner that significantly reduces the production time and improves assembly, simplifies the manufacturing process, and improves product performance by increasing physical properties and stability through modularization of the vehicle headliner. (Patent Document 3) Korean Registered Patent No. 10-1416032 By automating the attachment and fixing of pads, which was previously performed manually under adverse conditions, using an automatic robot arm, quality can be enhanced through improved working conditions, ensured safety, and improved work efficiency. In particular, by equipping the automatic robot arm with a vacuum device equipped with multiple vacuum suction devices and providing a pad alignment plate that allows pads to be attached to the headliner after suctioning them through each vacuum suction device, the suction order of the vacuum suction devices can be predetermined when attaching approximately 25 pads, thereby minimizing the transport distance of the automatic robot arm and further improving work efficiency.
