Unlike traditional exercise methods, this is a health management approach that provides enjoyment and motivation, and various content is increasing to meet the needs arising from this trend. Meanwhile, interest in metaverse and augmented reality (AR) technologies has recently surged, and various ideas for metaverse and AR content reflecting the healthy pleasure trend are being presented. Specifically, the metaverse is a technology that enables users to have experiences similar to reality in a virtual space, while augmented reality is a technology that enhances the user experience by combining virtual images with the real world; through this, it can provide users with a more immersive exercise experience.
