Description
Composition for Oral Spray The present invention relates to a composition for oral spray, and more specifically, to a composition for oral spray that not only removes oral odors and plaque and exhibits excellent antibacterial activity, but also has excellent palatability and contains various nutrients to promote the health of the user. Generally, the oral cavity serves as a channel for supplying energy to the human body; therefore, oral microorganisms, which are the cause of oral diseases, invade the bloodstream and reach other parts of the body, becoming the cause of systemic diseases such as heart disease, stroke, diabetes, premature birth, and low birth weight. Moreover, as viruses spread through the mouth, eyes, nose, and hands, and through the air, many lives are being threatened, and consequently, the need for disinfection of the mouth and other areas is being significantly emphasized. Recently, diseases such as pharyngitis, which cause inflammation in the pharynx or larynx due to infection by viruses or bacteria, have been continuously increasing. To resolve such pharyngitis, Korean Patent Registration No. 10-2000521 (July 10, 2019) describes an oral spray composition for inhibiting tooth decay and periodontal disease. The above prior art comprises chlorhexidine, hydrophobic dry silica, and chitosan, and is provided as an oral spray composition for inhibiting oral bacteria selected from Streptococcus mutans, Fusobacterium nucleatum, and Candida albicans. However, the above-mentioned conventional oral spray compositions only have the efficacy of inhibiting plaque formation and simple oral bacteria caused by microorganisms in the oral cavity, and have the problem of insufficient antibacterial activity against bacteria that cause pharyngitis, etc. Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention and the physical properties of each component are described in detail. This description is intended to be sufficient for a person skilled in the art to easily practice the invention, and does not imply that the technical scope and concept of the present invention are limited thereby. The oral spray composition according to the present invention comprises calcium extract water, cetylpyridinium chloride, zinc oxide, glycerin, natural sweetener, acidity regulator, sodium bicarbonate, sodium ascorbate, tocopherol acetate, potassium sorbate, aloe vera gel, L-menthol, clove oil, rosemary extract, Bifidobacterium, royal jelly extract, lemon extract, flavoring, and polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil 60, comprising 100 parts by weight of calcium extract water, 0.00001 to 0.0001 parts by weight of cetylpyridinium chloride, 1 to 2 parts by weight of zinc oxide, 3 to 7 parts by weight of zinc oxide, 5 to 10 parts by weight of natural sweetener, 0.01 to 0.1 parts by weight of acidity regulator, 0.5 to 1 part by weight of sodium bicarbonate, 0.1 to 1 part by weight of sodium ascorbate, and tocopherol acetate. It is preferable that the composition comprises 0.01 to 0.1 parts by weight of potassium sorbate, 0.1 to 1 part by weight of aloe vera gel, 0.5 to 1 part by weight of L-menthol, 1 to 3 parts by weight of clove oil, 0.1 to 1 part by weight of rosemary extract, 0.01 to 0.1 parts by weight of Bifidobacterium, 0.1 to 1 part by weight of royal jelly extract, 0.1 to 1 part by weight of lemon extract, 0.5 to 1.5 parts by weight of fragrance, and 1 to 2 parts by weight of polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil 60. The above calcium extract water is a component that serves as the main ingredient of the oral spray composition manufactured through the present invention, and is manufactured by mixing calcined oyster shell powder with purified water and extracting the supernatant. It is preferable to manufacture it by mixing 4 to 6 parts by weight of calcined oyster shell powder with 100 parts by weight of purified water, stirring at a speed of 200 to 300 rpm for 2 to 4 hours, letting it stand for 10 to 20 hours, and then extracting the supernatant. The calcium extract water produced through the above process is harmless to the human body and has excellent sterilization effects against viruses and bacteria. In particular, it is rich in nutrients such as calcium and minerals, which can have the effect of promoting the user's health. At this time, it is preferable that the above-mentioned calcined oyster shell powder be prepared by calcining oyster shells at a temperature of 900 to 1200°C for 1 to 3 hours and then grinding them to a size of 500 to 2000 micrometers. The calcined oyster shell powder prepared through the above process not only has excellent antibacterial effects, but also significantly improves the leaching amount of nutrients such as calcium and minerals. If the content of the above-mentioned calcined oyster shell powder is less than 4 parts by weight, the above effect is negligible, and if the content of the above-mentioned calcined oyster shell powder exceeds 6 parts by weight, the above effect is not
