Description
Filter Assembly The present invention relates to a filter assembly, and more specifically, to a filter assembly for stably removing foreign substances contained in a fluid in a filter module as the fluid passes through the filter module. Chemical filters are used in precision manufacturing fields such as the semiconductor, display, and machine assembly industries. Precision manufacturing is carried out in cleanrooms where contaminants such as dust are minimized. At this time, if chemical contaminants such as acidic gases (NOx, SOx, HCl, HF, organic acids, etc.), basic gases (NH3, amines, etc.), organic sulfur compounds, and VOCs are present in the air inside the cleanroom, the product defect rate may increase. Chemical filters can be used to remove chemical contaminants from the air inside the cleanroom. Chemical filters are manufactured by coating or filling a support with an adsorbent, such as a polymer resin or carbon-based material. Chemical contaminants are removed from the air through the adsorption action of the adsorbent. Contaminants are removed by utilizing the adsorption action of the polymer resin or carbon-based material bonded to the support.
