Description

Filter Tank Washing Apparatus for Fish Farms The present invention relates to a cleaning device for a filtration tank in a fish farm, and more specifically, to a cleaning device for a filtration tank in a fish farm that enables simple and rapid cleaning by moving along the longitudinal direction of the filtration tank, which is equipped with various filter media, and spraying high-pressure cleaning water through a plurality of spray nozzles. Generally, fish farms require high-density farming capable of producing a large quantity of fish in a small area because it is difficult to secure sufficient water surface area due to geographical conditions and other factors. Accordingly, recirculating aquaculture systems, which can maintain a stable water quality environment through water recirculation and various water treatment processes, are being commercialized because they offer high energy savings and enable high-density fish production. In such recirculating aquaculture systems, fish rearing water is supplied to the tanks through filtration tanks equipped with various filter media; therefore, the water quality is determined by the filtration function of these tanks. Since these tanks are structured with various filter media installed in a dense manner, filtration efficiency drops significantly if foreign substances adhere to the media or if solid sediment accumulates on the bottom surface of the tank. Generally, the filtration tanks applied to recirculating filtration aquaculture systems are equipped with rectangular walls with a width of 4 to 8 m and a length of 20 to 50 m, and multiple partitioned spaces for installing filter media are installed along the length of these filtration tanks. Conventionally, there were difficulties such as requiring a lot of time and manpower because workers had to clean the filtration tanks manually using hoses to remove foreign substances attached to the filter media and solid sediment on the bottom surface. In addition, conventional methods have the disadvantage of requiring frequent manual checks on the height of solid sediment accumulated on the bottom surface of a filtration tank with a depth of 2m or more, and significantly reducing accuracy in checking for contamination of the filtration tank.
