Claims (5)
- When a user terminal connects to a server, a conversational user interface including a text input window and a voice input window is provided through a predefined initial screen or at least one webpage, and a question receiving step of receiving a user question entered into the text input window or the voice input window; and A method for providing an interactive user interface comprising: a response step of interpreting a user question to provide an answer to the information requested by the user, and converting the information to be answered into answer content including visual elements and providing it to an interactive user interface or a user terminal.
- In Article 1, The above answer step is, An analysis step that interprets user questions using an AI-based language model and analyzes the information requested by the user based on the interpretation results; A search step for retrieving information requested by a user from a knowledge database and structuring the search results into a markup language; and A method for providing an interactive user interface characterized by including a design step of interpreting a structured markup language to design answer content.
- In Paragraph 2, The above search step is, A method for providing an interactive user interface characterized by, when information requested by a user is not found in a knowledge database, using at least one internet search engine to search for the information requested by the user again, and providing the source and URL of the searched information when outputting the search results.
- In Paragraph 2, The above design step is, A method for providing an interactive user interface characterized by pre-constructing multiple design components corresponding to each element of a markup language and designing response content by arranging at least one design component that corresponds to the interpretation result of the markup language.
- processor; and A memory for storing one or more instructions executable by the above processor; and The above processor, by executing the above one or more instructions, When a user terminal connects to the server, it provides an interactive user interface including a text input window and a voice input window through a predefined initial screen or at least one webpage, and receives a user question entered into the text input window or the voice input window. A system that provides a conversational user interface, interprets a user question to provide an answer to the information requested by the user, converts the information to be answered into answer content including visual elements, and provides it to a conversational user interface or a user terminal.
Description
Method and system for providing interactive user interface The present invention relates to a method and system for providing an interactive user interface that facilitates information retrieval on a website. Generally, various companies, educational institutions, government agencies, hospitals, and others operate websites accessible via the internet to provide diverse services such as promotion, handling civil complaints, and reservations. However, in conventional websites, users must navigate through at least one webpage to obtain the information they want, which is inefficient in terms of usability, hinders user experience (UX), and reduces the ease of accessing information. Therefore, there is a need to introduce technology that allows users to find the information they want more easily and conveniently on the Internet, including websites. Meanwhile, the technology forming the background of the present invention is disclosed in Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2004-0099109 and Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2006-0124383. FIG. 1 is a drawing of a system providing an interactive user interface according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a block diagram showing the hardware configuration of a system providing an interactive user interface according to the present invention. FIG. 3 is a block diagram showing a function performed by a processor of a system providing an interactive user interface according to the present invention. FIG. 4 is a drawing showing an embodiment of an interactive user interface according to the present invention. FIG. 5 is a flowchart of a method for providing an interactive user interface according to the present invention. In the following description, specific details of the invention are provided to provide an overall understanding of the invention, but it will be obvious to those skilled in the art that the invention can be easily practiced without these specific details and by variations thereof. Hereinafter, preferred embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached FIGS. 1 to 5, focusing on the parts necessary to understand the operation and function according to the present invention. FIG. 1 is a drawing of a system providing an interactive user interface according to the present invention. Referring to FIG. 1, a system (10) providing an interactive user interface according to an embodiment of the present invention may be implemented as a server (1) accessible via a wired communication network, a wireless communication network, or an internet network, or as a program installed on the server (1). In particular, the system (10) providing an interactive user interface according to one embodiment of the present invention can be utilized to enable a user terminal (2) to more easily and conveniently search for all information within a website when the user terminal (2) accesses a website that provides services such as promotion, civil complaint processing, and reservation in various fields such as companies, educational institutions, government agencies, and hospitals. Here, the aforementioned user terminal (2) may be a general-purpose communication terminal including a laptop, a smartphone, and a personal computer, but is not limited thereto. In addition, the system (10) providing an interactive user interface according to an embodiment of the present invention may be utilized in a website built for the purpose of providing specific events or in a server where a database is built for the purpose of providing specific information, and may be utilized in a cloud environment or in a server operating in an on-premises environment. A system (10) providing an interactive user interface according to one embodiment of the present invention provides an interactive user interface (115) that allows a user to ask questions using a user terminal (2), and can provide information to the user by interpreting the user's questions, searching for information, and then providing an appropriate answer based thereon. At this time, the system (10) providing an interactive user interface according to one embodiment of the present invention provides answer content that includes visual elements rather than providing answers in the form of simple text, thereby allowing the user to understand the provided information more intuitively, improving the user experience (UX), and increasing satisfaction with the service on the website. In addition, a system (10) providing an interactive user interface according to an embodiment of the present invention can selectively provide only the information requested by the user by responding to user questions through the interactive user interface (115), thereby facilitating information search and increasing user satisfaction. Hereinafter, the hardware configuration of a system (10) providing an interactive user interface according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 2 is a block d
