  6. In Article 5, The step of identifying the press device requiring replacement and inspection and providing the identification result is as follows: A press condition monitoring method characterized by including the step of independently setting replacement and inspection criteria for each mold process in the monitoring progress unit, and identifying press devices requiring replacement and inspection in accordance with the independently set criteria.
  7. In Article 6, The step of identifying press devices requiring replacement and inspection in accordance with the independently established criteria above is: A press condition monitoring method characterized by including the step of, in the above monitoring progress unit, setting a count value of 100,000 strokes as the replacement and inspection cycle for springs for the stamping die process, setting a count value of 50,000 strokes as the replacement and inspection cycle for pierce and button dies, and setting a count value of 30,000 strokes as the replacement and inspection cycle for steel heat treatment and coating.
  8. In Article 5, The step of identifying the press device requiring replacement and inspection and providing the identification result is as follows: A press condition monitoring method characterized by including a step of outputting the degree of the result of identifying the condition of the press device requiring replacement and inspection in the monitoring progress unit in different colors.

Description

System and Method for Monitoring Press Status The present invention relates to a press condition monitoring system and method, and more specifically, to a press condition monitoring system and method that automatically identifies and notifies a manager of a device expected to require replacement or inspection based on the results of counting the number of stampings of a press device by mold process, thereby enabling the manager to identify potential problems caused by damage or aging in advance. Generally, parts such as vehicle body frames and exterior panels are manufactured through press forming. However, since automotive parts require a large number of press dies, and press equipment varies by vehicle model, product type, and process, it is difficult for operators to manage each press consumable individually. In addition, busy production activities continue to secure inventory for mass production of automobiles, and mold management is becoming inadequate due to excessive E.O.s requested by customers. Furthermore, unexpected damage to consumables is occurring due to quality defects caused by aging and an excessive accumulation of stamping numbers. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing the overall configuration of a press condition monitoring system (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a diagram showing a screen in which the count value for each counter device (110) obtained through the count value acquisition unit (120) is monitored in real time on an administrator terminal. Figure 3 is a diagram showing a screen that displays a press device requiring replacement and inspection separately on the administrator terminal. FIG. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a press condition monitoring method according to an embodiment of the present invention in a series of sequences. Hereinafter, specific details for implementing the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. However, in the following description, specific descriptions regarding widely known functions or configurations will be omitted if there is a risk that the gist of the present invention may be unnecessarily obscured. In the attached drawings, identical or corresponding components are given the same reference numerals. Additionally, in the description of the following embodiments, the description of identical or corresponding components may be omitted. However, even if a description of a component is omitted, it is not intended that such component is not included in any embodiment. The advantages and features of the invented embodiments and the methods for achieving them will become clear by referring to the embodiments described below together with the accompanying drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described below but can be implemented in various different forms, and these embodiments are provided merely to make the present invention complete and to fully inform a person skilled in the art of the scope of the invention. The terms used in this specification will be briefly explained, and the invented embodiments will be described in detail. The terms used in this specification have been selected to be as generally used as possible, taking into account their functions in the present invention; however, these terms may vary depending on the intent of those skilled in the relevant field, case law, the emergence of new technologies, etc. Additionally, in specific cases, terms have been arbitrarily selected by the applicant, and in such cases, their meanings will be described in detail in the relevant description of the invention. Therefore, the terms used in this invention should be defined not merely by their names, but based on the meanings they possess and the content of the invention as a whole. In this specification, singular expressions include plural expressions unless the context clearly specifies them as singular. Additionally, plural expressions include singular expressions unless the context clearly specifies them as plural. Throughout the specification, when a part is described as including a certain component, this means that, unless specifically stated otherwise, it does not exclude other components but may include additional components.
