Description

Writing instrument with integrated lid The present invention relates to a writing instrument with an integrated lid. Most writing instruments are designed with a cap that opens and closes to protect the nib, which hinders user convenience. In particular, the hassle of repeatedly opening and closing the cap entails a very unreasonable problem in terms of the efficiency of the writing instrument. Accordingly, there have been proposals for retractable writing instruments equipped with anti-drying devices, such as Published Patent 10-0734903; however, there is the inconvenience that the structure becomes complex due to the addition of rotational movement of the O-ring and ring for opening and closing the nib hole. Furthermore, Published Patent 10-0449098 describes a writing instrument equipped with an automatic nib retraction device; however, due to the automatic retraction function, there is the inconvenience that the nib automatically protrudes when the writing instrument is placed in a vertical position, or that it is difficult to use the writing instrument at various angles. Published Patent 10-2000-0072209 describes a writing instrument equipped with a lid that can be opened and closed with one hand; however, due to the opening/closing slider and various cover components, there is a possibility that the size and weight of the writing instrument will increase, making it difficult for the user to carry. FIG. 1 is a front view of a writing instrument with an integrated cap according to a modified embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a writing instrument with an integrated lid according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a left side view of the lid of a lid-integrated writing instrument according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the lid of a lid-integrated writing instrument according to a modified embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 5 is a right side view of a writing instrument with an integrated lid according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 6 is a plan view of a writing instrument with an integrated cap according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 7 is a rear view of a writing instrument with an integrated lid according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the lid-integrated writing instrument of the present invention comprises a lid (100), a lid coupling part (110), a lid cover (120), a cap lever (130), a gripping part (200), a lead holder (210), a lead part (220), etc. The lid (100) covers and protects the core (220). The lid connecting portion (110) is formed on one side of the upper part of the lid (100) to connect the lid (100) and the lid cover (120). The lid cover (120) seals the opening of the lid (100) and protects the core (220). The above-mentioned lid cover (120) is rotatably coupled to the lid coupling part (110) in the up-and-down direction. In addition, the lid cover (120) can be attached to the side of the lid (100) so that the user does not experience inconvenience due to interference from the lid cover (120) when using a writing instrument. The cap lever (130) is formed on one side of the upper part of the lid cover (120) to allow the user to easily open and close the lid, and is formed in a roughly protruding shape. The above gripping portion (200) is formed at the bottom of the lid (100) so that a user can grip it. In addition, it is preferable that protrusions or indentations made of rubber or plastic material be formed so that the user can stably grip the above-mentioned gripping part (200). The above-mentioned core fixing member (210) is formed at the top of the above-mentioned gripping part (200) to fix the above-mentioned core (220). The above core (220) is formed on the upper part of the above core fixing member (210) and is made of a fiber material that performs the function of storing and delivering ink from a writing instrument such as a highlighter pen. The lid (100) and the gripping part (200) are connected in such a way that they can be adjusted up and down as shown in FIG. 2. Below, we will examine the operation process of the present invention composed of the above-described configuration. When using the present invention, it is used in a state as shown in FIG. 2. At this time, the lid (100) is combined with the gripping part (200), and accordingly, the core (220) is exposed, thereby enabling the use of the writing instrument. When the lid cover (120) is opened and the lid (100) is moved toward the gripping part (200), the core (220) of the writing instrument is exposed so that the writing instrument can be used. Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 4, the present invention may further include a fixing member fitting groove (131), a locking member fitting groove (321), a fixing member (221), and a locking member (222). The above fixing member insertion groove (131) is formed on the inner side of the lid (100) so that the
