KR-20260065172-A - Under rail Clip Bracket for Drawers
Abstract
The present invention is characterized by comprising: an under-rail clip bracket body that is fixed to the bottom surface of a drawer by forming several screw holes that penetrate the rear surface at regular intervals from the front surface; a side wall vertical support projection connected to one side wall of the under-rail clip bracket body and bent toward the rear, and a horizontal support piece connected to the lower region of the side wall vertical support projection, facing toward one side and contacting the bottom surface of the drawer; an under-rail guide projection that has an inclined surface facing toward one side from one side of the upper surface of the under-rail clip bracket body (10), protrudes upward to a certain height, has a width wider than the width of the upper surface of the under-rail clip bracket, is formed to protrude backward and contacts the bottom surface of the drawer, and faces together with the protruding drawer side wall to provide an under-rail installation space and support the side wall of the under-rail; and a binding groove that penetrates from the front surface of the under-rail clip bracket body through the rear surface and receives and connects a binding projection formed on the rear side of the under-rail. Accordingly, the present invention provides an under-rail clip bracket for a drawer that can be applied to various types of drawers, thereby having the effects of compatibility and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, by applying it to a drawer in which the side walls protrude more than the bottom surface of the drawer, the under-rail is not visible from the side walls of the drawer, thereby enabling the overall design of the furniture having the drawer to be upgraded.

Claims (1)
- An under-rail clip bracket body (10) that is fixed to the bottom surface of a drawer by forming several screw holes (11) that penetrate the rear surface at regular intervals from the front surface; A side wall vertical support member (13) connected to one side wall (12) of the above-mentioned under-rail clip bracket body (10) and bent toward the rear, and a horizontal support member (14) connected to the lower region of the side wall vertical support member (13) and facing toward one side and in contact with the bottom surface of the drawer; An underrail guide projection (16) that has an inclined surface (15) facing one side from one side of the upper surface of the underrail clip bracket body (10), protrudes upward to a certain height, has a width wider than the width of the upper surface (10a) of the underrail clip bracket, and is formed to protrude rearward so as to come into contact with the bottom surface of the drawer and face together with the protruding side wall of the drawer (100), thereby providing an underrail installation space (S1) to support the side wall of the underrail; An under-rail clip bracket for a drawer, characterized by including a binding groove (17) that penetrates from the front to the rear of the under-rail clip bracket body (10) and receives and connects a binding projection formed on the rear of the under-rail.
Description
Under rail clip bracket for drawers The present invention relates to an under-rail clip bracket for a drawer that is installed on the left and right sides of the bottom of the drawer and is coupled with a rear connecting projection of an under-rail mounted on a fixed rail installed on both inner walls of the drawer, thereby moving back and forth together with the drawer and the under-rail. More specifically, the invention relates to an under-rail clip bracket for a drawer that can be applied to various types of drawers with compatibility and cost-effectiveness, and can also be applied to drawers with protruding side walls, thereby enhancing the design of the drawer. Generally, drawer under-rail clip brackets are installed on the left and right sides of the bottom of the drawer and engage with the rear connecting projection of the under-rail mounted on the fixed rail installed on the inner side walls of the drawer, serving to move back and forth together with the drawer and the under-rail. Figure 1 is a reference diagram showing a drawer equipped with a conventional under-rail clip bracket for a drawer. As can be seen in the drawing above, the under-rail clip bracket (rear bracket), which is fixed to the left and right sides of the bottom of the drawer and combined with the binding projection formed at the rear of the under-rail, has a rear fixing part (53) and a rear guide member (51) and is formed in an "L" shape. Consequently, it can only be installed in drawers where the side walls of the drawer do not protrude and the entire bottom surface is flat. Therefore, this conventional under-rail clip bracket cannot be applied to drawers where the side walls of the drawer protrude more than the bottom surface, so it has the problem of being limited to use in only one type of drawer. Additionally, when installed in a drawer where the side walls of the drawer do not protrude and the entire bottom surface is flat, the under-rail is exposed on the side walls of the drawer, making it aesthetically unpleasing when viewed from both sides of the drawer, which prevents the furniture from being made more luxurious. FIG. 1 is a reference diagram showing a drawer equipped with a conventional under-rail clip bracket for a drawer. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing an under-rail clip bracket for a drawer according to the present invention installed in a drawer in which both side walls of the drawer protrude more than the bottom surface of the drawer. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing an under-rail clip bracket for a drawer according to the present invention installed in a flat-shaped drawer where the side walls of the drawer do not protrude and the height is the same as the entire bottom surface of the drawer. FIG. 4 is a front view of an under-rail clip bracket for a drawer installed on the left side of a drawer according to the present invention. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view along line AA according to FIG. 4, FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view along the BB line according to FIG. 4, FIG. 7 is a front view of an under-rail clip bracket for a drawer that is installed on the right side of the bottom surface of a drawer according to the present invention. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings. The under-rail clip bracket (1) according to the present invention is installed in pairs on the left and right sides of a drawer (100) having a protrusion (S2) that protrudes upward from both side walls, as can be seen in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, and can also be installed in pairs on the left and right sides of a drawer (100a) having a flat shape where the entire bottom surface of the drawer is equal to the height of both side walls, as can be seen in FIG. 3. Here, the under-rail clip brackets (1)(1a) installed on the left and right sides of the bottom of the drawer in the present invention have identical components. However, since the under-rail clip brackets (1)(1a) are installed on the left and right sides respectively, only the direction in which the components are formed differs, and the function and role according to their structure are identical; therefore, only one of the two under-rail clip brackets (1) will be described below. FIG. 4 is a front view of an under-rail clip bracket for a drawer mounted on the left side of a drawer according to the present invention, FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view along line A-A according to FIG. 4, and FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view along line B-B according to FIG. 4. As can be seen in the drawing above, the under-rail clip bracket (1) according to the present invention is formed as an under-rail clip bracket body (10) having a long rectangular shape. The under-rail clip bracket body (10) has several screw holes (11) formed at regular intervals from the front and penetrating the rear, so that the under-rail clip bracket (1) can be securely fixed to the bottom surface of the drawer with screws. On one side wall of the under-rail clip brac
