KR-20260065173-A - Spindil for water valve
Abstract
The present invention relates to a spindle for a water valve, comprising: an inclined projection formed protruding from a lower portion along the longitudinal direction having an inclined surface; a circular first locking projection formed at a certain distance from the rear of the inclined projection and a circular recessed groove formed between the rear of the inclined projection and the first locking projection; a rubber cap having an inclined surface that is inserted into the recessed groove to open and close a fluid passage hole of the water valve; a plurality of rubber ring insertion grooves formed recessed at the upper rear of the recessed groove with a second locking projection in between; a plurality of rubber rings installed in the rubber ring insertion grooves; a screw formed in a certain section at the upper rear of the second locking projection; and a handle fastening portion formed at the upper end of the screw and comprising either a vertical mounting projection or a screw portion. Accordingly, by improving the configuration of the spindle for the water valve, there is the advantage of installing the handle directly on the top of the spindle without a cover, and there is the advantage of not requiring a conventional spindle by installing a sloped rubber cap at the end of the spindle. Furthermore, by forming either a vertical mounting projection or a threaded section in the upper area of the spindle, the handle can be directly attached to the top of the spindle without a fixing screw, thereby reducing the number of parts of the water valve, shortening assembly time, and saving manufacturing costs.

Description
Spindle for water valve The present invention relates to a spindle for a water valve, and more specifically, to a spindle for a water valve that reduces the number of parts of a water valve by improving the structure of the spindle, thereby enabling a reduction in assembly time and a reduction in manufacturing costs. Generally, the spindle is installed in the like a water valve, and its upper part is connected to a handle, while its lower part is equipped with a disc that opens and closes a fluid passage hole by the rotation of the handle. Figure 1 is a reference diagram showing a water valve having a conventional spindle. As can be seen in the drawing above, the conventional spindle is configured such that a separate disc is installed at the bottom to open and close a fluid passage hole, a cover is separately attached to the upper area of the spindle, and a sealing packing is installed inside the cover for airtightness. However, the conventional spindle described above employs a separate disc to open and close the fluid opening and closing hole, and in order to install it, a hole is formed in a certain section from the bottom of the spindle toward the inside and the disc is inserted therein. This configuration makes machining difficult and increases the number of separate parts. In addition, to maintain airtightness between the inner wall of the conventional water valve body and the spindle, a sealing packing is installed on the cover, which increases the number of parts and requires an additional cover. Consequently, when the spindle is assembled into a water valve, there is a problem of increased assembly time due to the increase in the number of parts, as well as an increase in manufacturing costs. FIG. 1 is a reference diagram showing a water valve having a conventional spindle, FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the overall exterior of a spindle for a water valve according to the present invention, FIG. 3 is a front view of a spindle for a water valve according to the present invention, FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of a water valve with a spindle installed according to the present invention. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings. Figure 2 is a perspective view showing the overall exterior of a spindle for a water valve according to the present invention, Figure 3 is a front view of a spindle for a water valve according to the present invention, and Figure 4 is a cross-sectional view of a water valve with a spindle installed according to the present invention. As can be seen in the drawing above, the spindle (1) according to the present invention has an inclined projection (2) protruding from the lower end along the longitudinal direction and the inclined projection (2) moves in and out of the fluid passage hole of the water valve in the axial direction and performs the role of enabling the rubber cap (5), which will be described below, to accurately open and close the fluid passage hole (30). The present invention forms a circular first locking projection (3) at a certain distance from the rear of the inclined projection (2), and forms a circular recessed groove (4) between the rear of the inclined projection (2) and the first locking projection (3). In addition, a rubber cap (5) having an inclined surface is installed in the circular recessed groove (4) to be inserted into the recessed groove (4) and to open and close the fluid passage hole (30) of the water valve. According to the present invention, a recessed rubber ring insertion groove (7) is formed with a second locking projection (6) formed at the rear upper end of the recessed groove (4) in between, and a plurality of rubber rings (8) can be installed in the rubber ring insertion groove (7). The present invention forms a screw (9) in a certain section at the rear upper end of the second locking projection (6), and forms a handle fastening part (10) at the upper end of the screw (9) consisting of either a vertical mounting projection or a screw part. Here, a screw hole (11) with a recessed shape from the upper end can be installed inside the axial direction of the handle fastening part. The spindle (1) according to the present invention can be directly connected by forming the connecting part (60) to fit the end diameter of the spindle (1) according to the present invention, without the need for a connecting bushing (50) connected to the connecting part (60) formed on the inner wall of the water valve. The present invention, as described above, improves the configuration of the spindle for a water valve by installing a rubber cap (5) with an incline in the end area, thereby eliminating the need for a conventional spindle. In addition, the present invention forms a handle fastening part (10) formed as either a vertical mounting projection or a screw part in the upper area of the spindle (1), so that the handle (40) can be directly fastened to the handle fastening part (10) without a
