Description

Powder Comprising Valve consisting of a disc and a rotor The present invention relates to a powder valve device that accurately and smoothly supplies a constant amount of powder. More specifically, the present invention relates to a powder valve device that accurately and quickly supplies a constant amount of powder, facilitates the smooth flow of powder, and is easy to clean and maintain. Powder valve devices designed to discharge a specific amount of powder play a crucial role in industries dealing with powder or fine particles. In sectors requiring the precise transfer and discharge of powder, a valve system capable of discharging a precise quantity to meet target levels is essential. Due to the characteristics of the material, powders have a relatively large volume and high adhesiveness, so they easily become fixed and clumped together, forming lumps and reducing fluidity. Consequently, powders are prone to irregular flow or clogging during the discharge process. Due to the characteristics of powders as described above, various powder valve devices suitable for the specific characteristics of each powder have been developed and are in use. Patent Registration No. 10-1740927 discloses a powder valve device installed in a piping system for transporting high-temperature, high-pressure particulate material in various plant facilities such as thermal power plants, wherein a seat that prevents leakage of powder is supported and fixed by an internal tubular body that forms a flow path and is inserted into the inlet and outlet of a housing, respectively, in order to facilitate the removal of residue adhering to the seat portion or the replacement of the seat, thereby facilitating maintenance of the facility. Patent Registration No. 10-1866368 discloses a powder-scattering metal seat ball valve capable of maintaining airtightness by scattering powder attached or accumulated around the ball contact surface of the metal seat through the formation of a high-pressure gas injection outlet in the metal seat. This ball valve is intended to solve the problems of seat damage and reduced airtightness caused by powder accumulation during the repeated opening and closing of the seat valve, as well as the problem of limited application at high temperatures. Published Patent No. 10-2021-0048102 provides a precision powder supply device capable of discharging a precise amount of powder according to a target amount from a rotary feeding type valve. The device comprises an upper body having an outlet on the lower side for storing and discharging powder, and a rotary valve mounted on the outlet of the upper body for discharging the powder of the upper body in a precise amount. The rotary valve comprises a rotating shaft, a plurality of vanes forming a plurality of pockets at predetermined intervals on the surface of the rotating shaft for receiving a precise amount of powder, a motor for rotating the rotating shaft, a sensor for measuring the rotation of the rotating shaft, and a brake for stopping the rotation of the motor according to the measurement value of the sensor. Conventional powder valves consist of either a disc or a rotor. In the case of disc-based valves, the structure allows powder to pass through and be discharged when the disc opens, making it difficult to finely control and discharge the stored powder to a desired amount. On the other hand, in the case of rotor-based valves, a small amount is discharged at a time, resulting in a longer discharge time. In order to solve the problems of conventional powder valve devices as described above, the inventors have developed a new powder valve device of the present invention that discharges precisely metered powder accurately according to the amount at a high speed, and is structured such that the valve body is joined by bolts, making assembly and disassembly easy and facilitating cleaning and parts replacement.
