Claims (2)
- A clamp-shaped case having one side hinged to the other and the other side equipped with a fastening member capable of connecting or disconnecting to the other, capable of wrapping around the outer circumference of a pipe connection part in the form of a clamp; and A color-changing sensing sensor for gas detection at a pipe connection point, characterized by including a color-changing fiber attached to the inner surface of the above case and changing color when a specific gas is exposed at the pipe connection point.
- In Article 1, The above case is a transparent case, and A color change detection sensor for gas detection at a pipe connection point, characterized in that when the color change fiber changes color, the operator can recognize whether a specific gas is leaking by checking the color change fiber from the outside of the case.
Description
Colorimetric Detection Sensor for Gas Leaks at Pipe Joints The present invention relates to a discoloration detection sensor for gas detection at a pipe connection point, and more specifically, to a discoloration detection sensor for gas detection at a pipe connection point capable of detecting gas leaking from a gas pipe connection point through a discoloration detection oil. In general, tubular piping is used in various industrial settings to form paths or passages for supplying fluids such as gases or liquids. Piping products, which are utilized for various purposes such as fluid supply, intake, or exhaust in various industrial fields, can be broadly classified into main pipe types that use a single main pipe connection and manifold types that have a structure connecting multiple branch pipes to the main pipe. Additionally, unit-type piping products with various shapes and structures are produced and utilized in various industrial sites. Since fluid supply piping products used in various industrial fields must carry various fluids such as refrigerants or fuels, a leak inspection process is mandatory before use in industrial sites. This involves checking for any fluid leakage at the welded joints on the piping or within the piping product itself. Through this process, not only is the leakage of the produced piping products checked, but in the case of piping products that have undergone welding, defects such as welding are also checked. Meanwhile, when examining prior art literature for inspecting leakage in various piping products, etc., Korean registered patent No. 10-1182821 (hereinafter referred to as 'Patent Document 1') and Korean registered patent No. 10-1725757 (hereinafter referred to as 'Patent Document 2') propose and disclose a device for inspecting leakage in piping using helium, etc. The above patent document 1 discloses a "leakage detection device comprising: a chamber portion capable of hermetically accommodating a test object and hermetically isolating the inside and outside of the test object from the inside; a first vacuum portion connected to the chamber portion to vacuum the chamber of the chamber portion; a second vacuum portion connected to the chamber portion to vacuum while detecting the degree of vacuum inside the test object accommodated within the chamber of the chamber portion; a helium supply portion connected to the chamber portion to supply and recover helium into and out of the test object; a helium detection portion connected to the chamber portion to detect helium inside the chamber of the chamber portion excluding the test object; a purge portion connected to the chamber portion to supply and recover purge gas to and out of the test object; and a control portion configured to perform overall operation control of the device, determine whether there is leakage in the test object, and determine whether there is a normal state according to the pressure inside the test object at a predetermined number of times." However, this inspection method has the problem that it is difficult for workers at the site to immediately detect leaks directly with the naked eye. FIG. 1 is a drawing showing a discoloration detection sensor for gas detection at a pipe connection part according to one embodiment of the present invention mounted at a pipe connection part. FIG. 2 is a drawing showing the state in which a discoloration detection sensor for gas detection at a pipe connection part according to one embodiment of the present invention is released. The terms used in this invention have been selected to be as widely used as possible; however, in specific cases, terms have been arbitrarily selected by the applicant. In such cases, the meaning should be understood by considering the meaning described or used in the detailed description of the invention, rather than merely the name of the term. Hereinafter, the technical configuration of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to preferred embodiments illustrated in the attached drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described herein and may be embodied in other forms. Throughout the specification, the same reference numerals indicate the same components. FIG. 1 is a drawing showing a discoloration detection sensor for gas detection at a pipe connection part according to one embodiment of the present invention mounted on a pipe connection part, and FIG. 2 is a drawing showing a state in which a discoloration detection sensor for gas detection at a pipe connection part according to one embodiment of the present invention is unfastened. Referring to the drawings, a color-changing detection sensor for gas detection at a pipe connection part according to one embodiment of the present invention is characterized by comprising a clamp-shaped case that can wrap around the outer circumference of a pipe connection part in a clamp shape, wherein one side is hinged to each other and the other si
