Abstract

The present invention relates to a pipe assembly for a smart farm. The pipe assembly comprises a lower assembly and an upper tray module located above the lower assembly, wherein the upper tray module comprises: a tray (11) in which a receiving space is formed by a bottom surface and a perimeter wall; a perimeter frame (12) formed by a plurality of pipe members along the perimeter of the tray (11); a support frame (13) coupled to the perimeter frame (12); a first or second reinforcing pipe (14_1 to 14_K, 15_1 to 15_L) extending in a first or second direction with both ends coupled to the support frame (13) by a joint for reinforcing the support frame (13); and a plurality of movable wheel modules (16_1 to 16_M) coupled to the first or second reinforcing pipe (14_1 to 14_K, 15_1 to 15_L).

  1.   2. A pipe assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the upper tray module is movable relative to the lower assembly.
  3. A pipe assembly according to claim 1, wherein each of the moving wheel modules (16_1 to 16_M) comprises a bracket (161, 162a, 162b) and a moving wheel (163) rotatably coupled to the bracket (161, 162a, 162b).

A pipe assembly according to claim 1, wherein the lower assembly is formed by linearly connecting a plurality of cuboid-shaped sub-support modules (33_1 to 33_N) and includes at least one linear guiding member (32a, 32b, 32c) coupled to the upper surface of the plurality of sub-support modules (33_1 to 33_N) so as to extend along the longitudinal direction, and the moving wheel modules (16_1 to 16_M) are movable along the at least one linear guiding member (32a, 32b, 32c).
  5. A pipe assembly according to claim 1, wherein the lower assembly is generally cuboidal in shape and includes at least one wheel guide member (47_1 to 47_K) disposed on the upper surface of the cuboidal shape, and the at least one wheel guide member (47_1 to 47_K) is capable of vertical movement.

Description

Pipe Assembly for a Smart Farm The present invention relates to a pipe assembly for a smart farm, and specifically to a pipe assembly for a smart farm assembled from a plurality of pipes so as to be applied as a structure for a smart farm. A smart farm refers to a farm created using Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to enable crops to grow automatically, without being restricted by time or space, by establishing a crop growth environment equipped with devices capable of various automatic controls. Smart farms can be constructed in the form of indoor or outdoor plant factories, and structures for crop growth must be constructed and arranged to create a smart farm. Assemblies for smart farms or plant factories need to be constructed with a stable structure that is easy to install and disassemble. Regarding structures for smart farms, Patent Publication No. 10-2023-0111567 discloses a stacked frame structure for smart farms. Additionally, Patent Registration No. 10-2533470 discloses a smart farm tower structure. It is advantageous for an assembly for a smart farm or plant factory to have a structure that facilitates, for example, the convenient handling of electrical wiring and the convenient installation of internal environment control equipment. Furthermore, it is necessary to make the assembly from a material that allows for simple addition, expansion, or reduction, and it is advantageous to assemble it from a material suitable for worker protection. However, the prior art does not disclose an assembly for such a smart farm or plant factory. The present invention aims to solve the problems of the prior art and has the following objectives. FIGS. 1 and 2 illustrate an example of an upper tray module for a pipe assembly for a smart farm according to the present invention. FIG. 3 illustrates an example of a structure in which pipe members are joined by a joint to form an upper tray module of a pipe assembly according to the present invention, and an example of a fixed structure of a moving wheel module. FIG. 4 illustrates an example of a moving wheel module coupled to an upper tray module of a pipe assembly according to the present invention and a coupler for fixing the moving wheel module. FIG. 5 illustrates an example of a lower assembly of a pipe assembly according to the present invention. FIG. 6 illustrates an embodiment of a fixed foot and a movement guiding member for a lower assembly of a pipe assembly according to the present invention. FIG. 7 illustrates another embodiment of the lower assembly of a pipe assembly according to the present invention. FIG. 8 illustrates an example of an up-and-down moving frame formed in the lower assembly of a pipe assembly according to the present invention. Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a pipe assembly for a smart farm comprises a lower assembly and an upper tray module located above the lower assembly, wherein the upper tray module comprises: a tray (11) in which a receiving space is formed by a bottom surface and a perimeter wall; a perimeter frame (12) formed by a plurality of pipe members along the perimeter of the tray (11); a support frame (13) coupled to the perimeter frame (12); a first or second reinforcing pipe (14_1 to 14_K, 15_1 to 15_L) extending in a first or second direction with both ends coupled to the support frame (13) by a joint for reinforcing the support frame (13); and a plurality of movable wheel modules (16_1 to 16_M) coupled to the first or second reinforcing pipe (14_1 to 14_K, 15_1 to 15_L).
