Abstract

The present invention relates to a functional center bracket having compatibility for fixing fire sprinklers, and more specifically, to obtain a functional center bracket having compatibility for fixing fire sprinklers that allows for fixing without replacement according to the size of the sprinkler when the fire sprinkler is fitted into the center bracket and fixed. A center bracket for fixing a fire sprinkler is formed to fix a fire sprinkler and a support pipe, and comprises upper and lower plates with grooves formed to allow mounting of the fire sprinkler, a pressure part having an axle pin, a cam projection, and a cam lever, and a contact piece; wherein, to enable fixing even when the size of the support pipe or the fire sprinkler is large or small when mounting the support pipe and the fire sprinkler, a cushioning material having elasticity capable of compensating for a minute gap within or outside the margin of error is inserted into the inner groove of the contact piece, and the cushioning material is formed by selecting one of a non-combustible rubber material, a soft non-combustible synthetic resin material, or a folded metal plate, which is a very useful invention.

Claims (5)

  1. A center functional bracket for fixing a fire sprinkler, comprising: upper and lower plates formed to fix a fire sprinkler and a support pipe, with a groove formed to mount the fire sprinkler; a pressure part formed with an axle pin, a cam projection, and a cam lever; and a contact piece formed with an axle pin. When mounting the above support pipe and fire sprinkler, a cushioning material capable of covering minute gaps within or outside the margin of error is inserted into the inner groove of the sealing piece to enable fixation even if the size of the support pipe or fire sprinkler is large or small. The above cushioning material is characterized by being formed by selecting one of non-combustible rubber material, soft non-combustible synthetic resin material, or bent metal plate, and is a functional center bracket having compatibility for fixing fire sprinklers.
  2. A functional center bracket having compatibility for fixing a fire sprinkler, characterized in that, in claim 1, the cushioning material capable of covering fine gaps within or outside the error range has an error range of 1 to 6 mm.
  3. In claim 1, the cushioning material is, A functional center bracket compatible for fixing fire sprinklers, characterized by having a coil spring insertion groove on the side and an inner surface formed to have a curved structure.

In claim 1, the contact piece of the center bracket is A functional center bracket having compatibility for fixing a fire sprinkler, characterized by being formed with a curved structure that allows the fire sprinkler to be closely attached by forming a structure bent into a 'ㄷ' shape, and having a stop groove formed on the upper protruding groove surface so that when the contact piece pressing part, which has a cam projection and a cam lever, is rotated to apply pressure, a gap projection is inserted into the stop groove to create a locked state so as to maintain the current state of the cap projection.

Functional center bracket with compatibility for fixing fire sprinklers {Mounting clamp for sprinklers combining a part of elasticity} The present invention relates to a functional center bracket having compatibility for fixing fire sprinklers, and more specifically, to a functional center bracket having compatibility for fixing fire sprinklers that allows the sprinkler to be fixed without replacement according to the size of the sprinkler when the sprinkler is inserted into the center bracket for fixing. The fire sprinkler is structured such that the fire extinguishing liquid is supplied to a supply pipe, connected to multiple branch pipes, and fixedly supported on a support frame by a center bracket while maintaining a constant spacing. There are various types of center brackets for supporting sprinklers. One type features a split structure where the separated elements are combined into a single unit to support the sprinkler, thereby securing and supporting the sprinkler through the tightening force of a bolt. These center brackets have the problem that the work is not only cumbersome but also difficult to loosen and tighten, as they require the center bracket to be separated first to support the sprinkler, followed by separate rotation and tightening operations for the bolts to be joined. The integrated center bracket developed by the present inventor is disclosed in Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2005-52415. Additionally, the center bracket for a fire sprinkler developed by the present inventor is announced in Korean Utility Model Registration No. 20-0440808 and disclosed in Korean Patent Publication No. 2011-97660. A center bracket for a fire sprinkler developed by the present inventor is disclosed in Patent No. 10-1065516, which describes a sprinkler installation device configured as a set type. The center bracket of a fire sprinkler developed by the present inventor is disclosed in Patent No. 10-1422086, which is a center bracket with a cam projection formed thereon. Looking at Patent No. 10-1422086, the center bracket (400) for fixing a fire sprinkler (200) used to fix the fire sprinkler to a support frame is composed of a cam projection pressing part (440) in which a cam lever (446) is formed so that the sprinkler can be fixed in a state where the sprinkler (200) is fitted into the support frame and the cam projection can be rotated and fastened into the center bracket groove (412, 412'). The center bracket (400) has center bracket grooves (412, 412') formed on the center bracket bending surfaces (411, 411'), respectively, so that the spring cleaner (200) can be fastened by pressing the cam projection by the rotation of the cam lever (446) while the center bracket is fitted into the center bracket grooves (412, 412'). The cam protrusion pressing part (440) mounted on the center bracket (400) has a pin hole formed on one edge for fixing the cam lever, and is fixed in a state where a hinge pin (450) is inserted. In another embodiment, the center bracket for fixing the fire sprinkler has a contact piece (420) formed between the sprinkler and the cam protrusion pressurizing part (440). A 'C'-shaped bent surface (411, 411') is formed so that the sprinkler (200) can be fixed in a state where a support frame used to connect the center bracket (400) to the sprinkler (200) is fitted, and a center bracket bending groove (413) is formed between the center bracket bending surfaces (411, 411'), and the sprinkler (200) is formed so that it can be connected by the contact piece (420) in a state where the sprinkler (200) is fitted into the center bracket groove (412, 412'). A center bracket (400) is formed in which center bracket grooves (412, 412') are formed on the center bracket bending surfaces (411, 411'), a pin hole for fixing a contact piece is formed on the lower part of the center bracket (400) so that a hinge pin (430) can be inserted and fixed, and a pin hole for fixing a cam lever is formed on one edge of the center bracket (400) so that a hinge pin (450) can be inserted and fixed. The main body is formed in a curved shape so that the body of the sprinkler (200) can become the center bracket while being embedded in the center bracket bending groove (413), and a contact piece groove is formed on the inner side of the main body so that the body of the sprinkler (200) can be fixed, and a pin hole is formed at one end of the main body so that a hinge pin can pass through, and the hinge pin passes through the pin hole of the contact piece (420) and the hinge pin is fixed in the pin hole of the center bracket (400) so that the contact piece (420) is combined with the center bracket (400) and the contact piece (420) is formed to rotate with the hinge pin as the center axis of rotation.
