KR-20260065297-A - Air fog for long-range firing
Abstract
The present invention relates to a long-distance spraying air fog that allows spraying over a longer distance while maintaining constant air pressure and spray volume. More specifically, the air fog comprises air inlets (93) and air outlets (94) on both sides and an air distribution port (95) in the center, wherein air hose connectors (91) and air hose coupling caps (92) are installed at the air inlets (93) and air outlets (94), and the air distribution port (95) is coupled to the air fog body (1), and the air fog body (1) comprises a water inlet (51), a water supply amount determining port (8), a backflow prevention port (7), a backflow prevention pipe (71), a connecting pipe (6), an air guide port (3), and a water spray port (5). An air guide groove (31) having an axial twist is formed on the outer circumference of the air guide (3), and the air guide (3) is inserted into a cylindrical guide cover (4). The air guide (3) is formed into a twisted conduit, so that the supplied air rotates and is supplied to the water spray nozzle (5). The water and air mixed in the water spray nozzle (5) rotate and are sprayed in a concentric circle in the spray direction, thereby allowing a long-distance spray air fog to be sprayed further by the rotational inertia that maintains the rotation.

Description
Air fog for long-range firing The present invention relates to a long-distance spray air fog, and more specifically, to a long-distance spray air fog capable of spraying over a greater distance while maintaining constant air pressure and spray volume. Generally, an air fogger is a low-pressure spraying device that atomizes liquid using low pressure. It is primarily used in agriculture, horticulture, livestock barns, and industrial fields for purposes such as pesticide spraying, cooling, and humidification. Because it uses low pressure to atomize the liquid, it consumes less energy, and the atomized liquid is converted into fine particles, allowing for uniform atomization over a wide area. As seen above, such air fog is used across various industries, but In particular, air fog is primarily used in the agricultural sector to maintain appropriate temperature and humidity inside greenhouses, such as vinyl greenhouses and livestock barns, or for chemical pest control. Air fog of this type has been developed and used in the past, and examples of this include Patent Registration No. 10-1232340 and Patent Publication No. 10-2019-0134326. Patent Registration No. 10-1232340 comprises a cylindrical first housing having a water supply port arranged to be mutually screw-coupled, a conical second housing having an air supply port and a nozzle port, a liquid pressure regulating unit arranged inside the housing to constantly adjust the pressure of the supplied water and supply it to the nozzle port, and a gas-liquid mixing unit arranged inside the housing to mix the liquid discharged from the liquid pressure regulating unit and the air introduced through the air supply port and spray fine water droplets through the nozzle port, and Patent Publication No. 10-2019-0134326 comprises a cylindrical nozzle body having a water supply port on one side, wherein an air supply port is arranged to be mutually screw-coupled using mutual screw-coupled plugs (300, 310), and a cylindrical nozzle body having a mixing nozzle tip (230) for mixing the liquid and air sprayed on the surface, wherein an air supply port is arranged to be mutually screw-coupled using mutual coupling plugs (300), and wherein the horizontal and vertical directions protruding from the nozzle body It is characterized by forming a fixed ring to adjust the spray angle of the fog. Conventional air fog systems, as described above, have a problem in that the sprayed liquid is converted into fine particles and spreads widely, resulting in a short spray distance in the spraying direction. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing the assembly configuration of the present invention. FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view showing the configuration of the present invention. FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view showing the air supply unit, which is a main component of the present invention. Figure 5 is an exploded perspective view showing the water supply unit. The air fog for long-distance spraying according to the present invention will be described in detail below based on the attached drawings. First, FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the present invention, and FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 show a cross-sectional view and an exploded perspective view illustrating the configuration of the present invention. The present invention comprises an air fog body (1), a water supply unit composed of a water inlet (51), a water supply amount determining unit (8), a backflow prevention unit (7), a backflow prevention pipe (71), and a connecting pipe (6), an air supply unit composed of an air supply port body (9) connected to an air supply hose (not shown) and branching air to supply it to the air fog body (1), an air guide port (3) installed inside the air fog body (1) to guide air, and a guide port cover (4), and a water spray port (5) that mixes and sprays air and water.
