Description
Suction cleaning device with a straight flow path {Surgical instruments with straight flow path} The present invention relates to a suction irrigation device that enables the surgeon to secure a clear view by suctioning contaminated water formed by the electrical cauterization of lesion tissue at a surgical site and supplying a cleaning solution. In particular, the invention relates to a suction irrigation device having a straight flow path that prevents a decrease in flow rate by making the flow path through which the contaminated water and cleaning solution flow in a straight line. This project (result) is the result of the Phase 3 Leading University Industry-Academic Cooperation Project (LINC 3.0), funded by the Ministry of Education and the National Research Foundation of Korea. Laparoscopic surgery is a surgical technique performed by making an incision of 0.5 to 1.5 cm in the abdomen to secure a view using an endoscopic camera and inserting various surgical instruments, such as laparoscopic surgical forceps, ultrasonic cutters, and suction irrigation devices, into the abdominal cavity. Laparoscopic surgery is a minimally invasive surgery that has the advantage of leaving fewer scars and causing less pain compared to general open surgery, and also has a faster recovery rate for the patient. It is currently the most widely used surgical technique and is primarily utilized in surgical procedures such as surgery for gallstones, cholecystitis, and colorectal cancer. Meanwhile, the suction and cleaning device is a surgical instrument used for the discharge of various contaminants generated at the surgical site and for cleaning the surgical site. As shown in FIG. 1, a switch valve unit is installed between the insertion tube inserted into the surgical site of the patient's body and the tubes (suction tube and cleaning tube) that discharge contaminated water or supply cleaning fluid, thereby allowing suction and cleaning to be performed by selectively determining the flow path. However, most switch valve units used in conventional suction cleaning devices have a structure in which the flow path of cleaning water or contaminated water is sharply bent, or in which the flow path undergoes rapid expansion and contraction, which causes problems such as reduced fluid flow and loss of flow rate. FIG. 1 is a figure showing the flow of contaminated water and cleaning liquid in a suction cleaning device according to the prior art. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a suction cleaning device having a straight flow path according to the present invention. FIG. 3 is an exploded view of the suction cleaning device shown in FIG. 1. Figure 4 is a figure showing the flow of cleaning liquid and contaminated water in the suction cleaning device illustrated in Figure 1. Figure 5 is a more simplified drawing of the flow of cleaning solution and contaminated water shown in Figure 4. Hereinafter, an embodiment of a suction cleaning device having a straight flow path according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a suction cleaning device having a straight flow path according to the present invention, and FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of the suction cleaning device shown in FIG. 1. Also, Fig. 4 is a diagram showing the flow of cleaning liquid and contaminated water in the suction cleaning device illustrated in Fig. 1, and Fig. 5 is a diagram showing the flow of cleaning liquid and contaminated water shown in Fig. 4 in a more simplified manner. The above suction button (110) is a button used to suction and discharge contaminated water containing contaminants generated in the surgical site inside the patient's body, and is protruded from the upper part of the main body (100) so as to be pressed. The above cleaning button (120) is a button used to supply cleaning solution to the surgical site inside the patient's body, and is protruded from the upper part of the main body (100) in front of the suction button (110) so as to be pressed.
